En collaboration avec l'équipe Data & AI, vous serez impliqué tout au long du cycle de vie des solutions d'IA : 1. Conception & développement de solutions d'IA : • Estimer, concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'IA, de la phase POC à l'industrialisation. • Exploiter les modèles d'IA via : o API de modèles génératifs (LLM), o Bibliothèques et frameworks d'IA Python (Scikit-learn, SpaCy, LangChain, LangGraph...). • Concevoir et optimiser des invites et des pipelines d'IA. • Mettre en œuvre des architectures RAG. • Connecter les solutions d'IA aux données et à l'écosystème du Groupe SEB (SQL, tool calling, MCP). • Rédiger la documentation technique et fonctionnelle associée (contrats d'interface, guides utilisateur, etc.). 2. Industrialisation et déploiement (CI/CD & Cloud) : • Déployez des API d'IA et des workflows sur le cloud AWS (ECS, Lambda, etc.). • Conteneuriser les solutions en utilisant Docker. • Créer des interfaces de test et de démonstration simples (Streamlit). • Intégrer des solutions dans des pipelines CI/CD : o l'automatisation des tests, builds et déploiements, o l'utilisation d'outils tels que Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform. • Gérer l'accès et assurer la sécurité, la conformité et la protection des données.

IT Support Engineer with 1 and 2 Level Support Our Client is a very successful bank with offices across Europe and the Middle East. The Client is looking to recruit a 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for the Bank's Mayfair London office. You will have at least 3 to 5 years experience of 1 and 2 Level Support as an Engineer. Covering a range of various duties from; Desktop and Mobile support, to supporting our 150 + User base with 5-days a week onsite support with very limited to zero working from home, AV Support and other IT side-desk tasks. Your role will also allow you to work and learn from our Infrastructure, Communications, iSeries and Development Teams – semi-involved with various streams of IT work for 2024 (new imaging process – new ITSM tool – and many more projects coming in 2024). You will have very strong infrastructure generalist skills from the legacy Microsoft technology through to up-to-date MS Windows Server technology.
