Hello, Pour le compte de l'un de mes clients dans le secteur du BTP, je suis à la recherche d'un Analytics Engineer, L’Analytics Engineer se situe à la croisée des chemins entre le Data Engineer (dont il partage la rigueur technique, le code et l'industrialisation) et le Data Analyst (dont il partage le sens business, la vision produit et l'art de la restitution). Sa mission principale est de transformer les données brutes issues de l'écosystème GCP en indicateurs fiables, et de piloter l'intégralité de la chaîne de reporting sous une solution type Power BI. Grâce à une forte appétence fonctionnelle, il/elle traduit les enjeux des domaines métiers (Finance, RH, Achats, Matériel, Environnement) en modèles de données analytiques performants et conçoit des solutions de restitution visuelles à forte valeur ajoutée. • Prise en main de l'historique : S'approprie les développements existants basés sur SAP Hana on-premise (utilisé comme base relationnelle) et les rapports Power BI associés. • Reverse Engineering : En l'absence de documentation exhaustive sur l'existant, analyse de manière autonome les requêtes SQL et les modèles actuels pour en comprendre les règles de gestion sous-jacentes. • Stratégie de bascule : Arbitre et réalise la transition des rapports historiques vers la nouvelle stack cible : soit par un portage à l'identique (lift and shift), soit par une refonte complète et une optimisation au sein de GCP. Responsabilité de la restitution, du reporting et de l'architecture Power BI : • Modélisation décisionnelle : Définit et conçoit l'architecture des modèles de données (Datamarts dans la couche Gold) spécifiquement optimisés pour Power BI (modèles en étoile, gestion des dimensions et des faits). • Expertise DAX & Restitution : Rédige les mesures complexes en langage DAX et configure Power Query de manière optimale. Conçoit des tableaux de bord pertinents, fluides et ergonomiques (Data Visualization). • Garantie de performance End-to-End : Identifie et corrige les goulots d'étranglement de performance, depuis la requête de transformation dans le Data Warehouse (BigQuery) jusqu'au temps de rafraîchissement et d'affichage des rapports Power BI. • Rédige les dossiers de conception technique et les spécifications détaillées des solutions BI. • Définit les stratégies de tests de non-régression sur les données restituées et participe aux recettes applicatives.
