PMO Planner Skills and Experience Proven experience within a PMO planning or scheduling role supporting complex programmes. Strong understanding of programme and project lifecycle planning. Experience maintaining integrated schedules across multiple projects or workstreams. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools. Advanced Microsoft Excel with strong PowerPoint and Word skills. Experience using SharePoint and programme document repositories. Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly organised, proactive, collaborative, and delivery focused.
