Missions principales Concevoir l’architecture technique des applications et accompagner leur évolution. Développer des services Backend robustes, performants et maintenables en Ruby. Concevoir et faire évoluer des API utilisées par les applications Frontend et les systèmes tiers. Participer aux développements Frontend en React ou accompagner les équipes sur les sujets d’intégration. Définir les standards de développement, les bonnes pratiques et les principes d’architecture. Réaliser les revues de code et accompagner techniquement les développeurs. Garantir la qualité, la sécurité, la testabilité et la maintenabilité des développements. Identifier les opportunités d’intégration de l’intelligence artificielle dans les produits et les processus. Concevoir des prototypes autour des LLM, des agents autonomes et des systèmes multi-agents. Développer des workflows agentiques capables d’exécuter des tâches, d’interagir avec des outils et de coordonner plusieurs actions. Tester rapidement de nouvelles technologies et évaluer leur pertinence avant industrialisation. Participer aux choix de solutions, de frameworks et de modèles d’IA. Documenter les architectures, les développements et les décisions techniques.
