Dans le cadre de plusieurs projets de bâtiments tertiaires, résidentiels et industriels en Belgique, nous recherchons un(e) BIM Modeler MEP spécialisé(e) en Électricité pour intervenir en renfort de nos équipes de conception et d'exécution. Missions Réaliser la modélisation BIM des installations électriques sous Revit MEP. Produire les modèles 3D des réseaux CFO/CFA (courants forts et courants faibles). Intégrer les équipements électriques : tableaux, armoires, chemins de câbles, éclairage, prises, systèmes de sécurité et de communication. Participer à la coordination technique avec les disciplines Architecture, Structure, HVAC et Plomberie. Réaliser les détections de conflits (clash detection) et proposer des solutions techniques. Produire les plans d'exécution, coupes, détails techniques et nomenclatures. Veiller au respect des standards BIM du projet et des exigences du BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Assurer la mise à jour des maquettes tout au long du projet.

Contexte Dans le cadre d'un projet de construction d'envergure, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Synthèse d'Exécution afin de rejoindre une équipe dédiée à la coordination technique et à la gestion des interfaces entre les différents corps d'état. Vous interviendrez sur les phases études et exécution en participant à l'analyse des maquettes numériques, à l'animation des réunions de synthèse et au suivi des sujets techniques jusqu'à leur résolution. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement collaboratif impliquant de nombreux intervenants et contribuerez à garantir la cohérence technique globale du projet. Vos missions Coordination technique Participer aux activités de synthèse et de coordination technique du projet. Identifier les interfaces et conflits entre les différents corps d'état. Assurer le suivi des sujets techniques jusqu'à leur résolution. Garantir la cohérence des études et des documents d'exécution. Exploitation des maquettes numériques Analyser les maquettes numériques et les interfaces techniques. Créer et exploiter des vues dans Navisworks. Rechercher et analyser les objets présents dans les maquettes. Participer à la compilation des maquettes multidisciplinaires. Assurer le suivi des remarques et demandes de coordination. Animation des réunions Préparer et animer les réunions de synthèse technique. Coordonner les échanges entre les équipes études, travaux et entreprises. Rédiger les comptes rendus et assurer le suivi des actions décidées. Participer aux réunions de production et de coordination projet. Suivi documentaire Assurer le suivi des plans et documents techniques. Vérifier la prise en compte des demandes de synthèse dans les documents d'exécution. Participer à la gestion documentaire liée aux activités de coordination.
