Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for Oracle Support Requests and escalation management. Continuous ImprovementDevelop and implement a repeatable release and patch management framework for long-term operational success. Identify opportunities to automate and improve release and environment management processes. Monitor Oracle's product roadmap and support planning for future functionality and platform enhancements.
