Au sein de la Direction des Projets et Systèmes d'Information RH, vous intégrerez une équipe d'experts AMOA SIRH et interviendrez sur l'ensemble des projets liés à la solution SAP SuccessFactors, ainsi que sur le support aux utilisateurs. La mission est à pourvoir à temps plein, avec une présence sur site requise à hauteur d'au moins 50 % du temps de prestation, selon les besoins des projets. Vos missionsVous interviendrez auprès des équipes SIRH et métiers, en collaboration étroite avec l'intégrateur, sur différents chantiers SuccessFactors. Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment de : Assurer le support fonctionnel aux utilisateurs sur les différents modules SAP SuccessFactors : Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance et Remuneration. Participer aux projets d'évolution et d'optimisation de la solution. Intervenir sur le module Performance, notamment sur la recette et la mise en production des campagnes d'entretiens annuels et professionnels 2027. Participer à la configuration et à la mise en œuvre des nouveaux formulaires de rémunération dans le cadre des NAO 2027. Contribuer à l'optimisation et à la simplification des processus Recruiting et Onboarding. Participer à la conduite du changement et à la communication auprès des utilisateurs. Collaborer au quotidien avec les équipes internes SIRH et métiers ainsi qu'avec l'intégrateur. Contribuer à la configuration, à la recette et aux mises en production. Être force de proposition dans l'amélioration continue des processus et de la solution.
