Vous serez responsable de l'administration, de l'optimisation et de l'évolution des infrastructures critiques tout en contribuant aux projets de modernisation et d'intégration cloud. ResponsabilitésAdministrer, maintenir et optimiser les infrastructures Microsoft on-premise : Windows Server Active Directory / Entra ID Exchange (on-premise et hybride Microsoft 365) Gérer et maintenir les environnements de virtualisation VMware : Clusters Stockage Haute disponibilité (HA) Optimisation des performances Garantir la disponibilité, la sécurité et la performance des services d'infrastructure : Active Directory DNS DHCP GPO Services de fichiers Assurer le support de niveau 3 et piloter la résolution d'incidents complexes. Participer aux projets de transformation et de modernisation des infrastructures, notamment dans des contextes hybrides (on-premise vers Azure/Microsoft 365). Mettre en œuvre les changements conformément aux processus ITIL, aux standards de sécurité et aux bonnes pratiques. Développer et améliorer les capacités de supervision et d'observabilité à l'aide d'outils de monitoring. Automatiser les tâches d'administration et d'exploitation via PowerShell. Collaborer avec les équipes Réseaux, Sécurité, Applications et Opérations afin d'assurer la fiabilité et l'amélioration continue des services. Profil recherchéExpérienceMinimum 5 ans d'expérience dans l'administration et l'exploitation d'infrastructures Microsoft on-premise. Expérience significative dans des environnements hybrides associant infrastructures locales et services Microsoft 365 / Azure. Compétences techniquesAdministration avancée de Windows Server. Expertise Active Directory et gestion des identités hybrides (Entra ID). Administration d'Exchange Server (on-premise et/ou hybride). Maîtrise des services d'infrastructure : AD DNS DHCP GPO Solide expérience des environnements VMware. Connaissances en sauvegarde, gestion des correctifs (patch management) et gestion du cycle de vie des systèmes. Bonne maîtrise de PowerShell pour l'automatisation. Expérience des outils de supervision et d'observabilité tels que : PRTG Dynatrace Splunk Bonne compréhension des processus ITIL. LanguesFrançais courant. Anglais professionnel.
