The role focuses on building Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and detailed, integrated schedules using Microsoft Project, providing a reliable planning and control baseline to support effective delivery, governance, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain deliverable-based Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) that accurately decompose scope into manageable work packages. Produce detailed, logically sequenced delivery plans in Microsoft Project, including: Task dependencies and network logic Critical path and float analysis Milestones, stage gates, and key decision points Resource assignment and levelling Schedule baselining and version control Ensure schedules are dependency-driven, based on validated assumptions and constraints, rather than date-driven planning. Integrate plans across multiple workstreams, suppliers, and business functions where required. Schedule Control & Analysis Maintain schedule integrity throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating approved changes in line with change control processes. Perform impact analysis for scope, sequencing, and resource changes, advising on schedule risk and mitigation options. Monitor progress against baseline, identifying slippage, emerging critical paths, and schedule compression risks. Support delivery teams with realistic forecasting and scenario planning. Governance, Risk & Reporting Provide accurate, evidence-based schedule reporting to project and programme leadership. Support RAID management by highlighting schedule-related risks, assumptions, and dependencies. Prepare planning artefacts for assurance reviews, audits, and stage-gate assessments. Ensure planning standards, templates, and planning assumptions are applied consistently. Expertise souhaitée French person, English-speaking or vice versa. I am looking for deep and wide experience. Someone who can build good work breakdown structure and then work with a team to build out the required plan and RAID log.

Mission: Spécificité de la mission (les jours travaillés sont non conventionnels) Les Jours obligatoires de travail( lundi, mardi ou mercredi, vendredi et samedi) -Installation et configuration des serveurs Windows conformément aux standards de l’entreprise. -Configuration des carte iDrac, des RAIDs, NTP, DHCP, DNS ,etc -Configuration de ProxMox -Création des VM -Remettre aux normes des serveurs Windows -Faire les montées de version W2019 des serveurs de fichiers bureautiques. -Utiliser RobotCopy -MAJ des référentiels serveur de l’entreprise -Gestion des demandes et d’incidents

Notre groupe va mener le déploiement de son ERP JDE “WS Europe” dans sa filiale nord‑américaine, avec un environnement mutualisé sur iSeries sur les périmètres fonctionels Finance, Manufacturing et Supply. Collaboration transatlantique organisée entre les équipes de Lille et Etats-Unis. Mission principale Piloter de bout en bout le déploiement de JDE sur les 3 sites US (de la préparation au go‑live et hypercare ), garantir l’ adoption métier et l’ intégration avec l’écosystème local (SCM, ...), en respectant les contraintes finance/compliance US et les standards du groupe. Responsabilités clés Pilotage & gouvernance Définir et tenir planning , budget, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) et jalons; animer COPIL/COPRO et équipe projet; reporter KPI. Mettre en place l'intégration avec les systèmes locaux et l'ERP Identifier les outils satellites de l'écosystème Européen pouvant être un complément pour la plaque américaine. Cadrage fonctionnel Conduire les ateliers de gap analysis, core model Europe vs. local fit sur chacun des périmètres fonctionels Organiser la rédaction des user stories , BPMN /process maps, spécifications fonctionnelles et critères d’acceptation avec les équipes expertes de Lille. Données & qualité Piloter la stratégie de migration (items, nomenclatures, emplacements, partenaires, paramètres), data cleansing et reconciliations Finance/Stocks. Définir data ownership , règles de qualité et contrôles post‑go‑live. Tests & cutover Structurer plan de tests (SIT/UAT/Performance), piloter dry‑runs , cutover et hypercare ; gérer issues et workarounds . Change & adoption Déployer plan de conduite du changement (communication, formation, supports FR/EN, champions) et assurer support niveau 1/2 post‑go‑live. Réglementaire : compréhension de la réforme fiscale et des obligations liées à la facturation électronique (e‑invoicing / e‑reporting), idéalement avec exposition PPF/PDP . ERP & outils : expérience sur Oracle Fusion (Finance) et solutions de dématérialisation (e‑invoicing). Pilotage budgétaire & risques : suivi des coûts, contrôles, risques & dépendances, arbitrages. Expérience bancaire : bonne connaissance des processus financiers et comptables (P2P, O2C, taxes, cut-offs, lettrages, rapprochements). Outils de pilotage : JIRA/Confluence ou équivalents ; MS Project, PowerPoint/Excel.
