Contexte Dans le cadre d'un programme de transformation stratégique à forte visibilité et à dimension internationale, nous recherchons un Directeur de Projet / Program Manager Senior pour piloter un programme pluriannuel de transformation Data à l'échelle de la région EMEA. Le programme porte notamment sur la conception et la mise en œuvre d'un DataHub européen basé sur Snowflake, ainsi que sur le développement et la standardisation des capacités de reporting et d'analyse via Power BI. Le périmètre couvre plusieurs domaines métiers stratégiques tels que la Finance, la Supply Chain, la Logistique et les fonctions opérationnelles. Dans un contexte projet complexe et exigeant, le candidat devra être un véritable pilote, capable de structurer le travail des équipes, d'imposer un cadre de gouvernance clair, de challenger les parties prenantes et de sécuriser l'avancement du programme. Le poste nécessite une forte capacité à évoluer dans un environnement à enjeux, avec de nombreuses parties prenantes et une dimension politique importante. Une excellente capacité de communication, de diplomatie et de traçabilité des décisions sera essentielle. Missions principales En tant que Directeur de Projet / Program Manager, vous serez notamment amené(e) à : Piloter la mise en œuvre de bout en bout du programme de transformation European DataHub. Structurer et coordonner plusieurs workstreams fonctionnels et techniques. Organiser le travail des équipes et clarifier les rôles, responsabilités, priorités et plans d'actions. Coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires composées notamment de Data Engineers, BI Engineers et Architectes. Assurer l'alignement entre les enjeux métiers, les objectifs du programme et les solutions proposées par les équipes techniques. Challenger les équipes et les solutions afin de garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des engagements. Mettre en place et piloter la gouvernance du programme : comités, reporting, indicateurs, suivi des décisions et des actions. Identifier, documenter et suivre les risques, dépendances, alertes et points de blocage. Assurer la traçabilité des décisions et des arbitrages dans un environnement complexe et multi-acteurs. Faciliter les prises de décision et résoudre les dépendances organisationnelles et techniques. Coordonner les interactions avec les équipes Cybersécurité, Data Platform, Data & BI Operations et les différentes équipes de services partagés. Établir et maintenir une relation de confiance avec les principales parties prenantes métiers et IT. Accompagner la transformation et favoriser l'adoption de standards communs en matière de Data, BI et reporting. Garantir la bonne communication auprès des sponsors et du management sur l'avancement, les risques et les arbitrages nécessaires. Compétences techniques et méthodologiques 10 ans d'expérience minimum en gestion de projets complexes, direction de projets ou pilotage de programmes de transformation. Expérience significative dans le pilotage de programmes d'envergure, idéalement dans un contexte international. Expertise en gestion de projet et en conduite de transformation. Expérience dans la coordination d'équipes pluridisciplinaires et de plusieurs workstreams. Bonne compréhension des enjeux Data & BI et des problématiques liées à la gouvernance et à l'industrialisation de la donnée. Power BI : niveau avancé. Snowflake : niveau avancé, avec une compréhension suffisante de la plateforme pour dialoguer efficacement avec les équipes techniques. JIRA : niveau expert. Maîtrise des principes de gouvernance, de pilotage et de reporting de programme. Anglais courant / fluent indispensable, dans un contexte international EMEA.
