Role Overview We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Technical Business Analysts with a strong background in telecommunications and demonstrable experience working within telecoms security, regulatory compliance and the Telecommunications (Security) Act environment. The roles will support the delivery of complex technology, security and regulatory programmes across telecommunications environments. Candidates should be comfortable working across business, technology, security, engineering and regulatory stakeholders, translating complex requirements into practical delivery outcomes. Depending on the role, responsibilities may focus on programme/project delivery, business analysis, technical requirements, security controls, regulatory compliance, process improvement or implementation. Responsibilities may include: Leading or supporting complex technology, telecoms and security projects from initiation through to delivery. Gathering, analysing and documenting business, technical, operational and security requirements. Translating regulatory and security obligations into clear, actionable requirements and deliverables. Supporting organisations in understanding and implementing requirements arising from the Telecommunications (Security) Act and associated telecoms security requirements. Working with technical teams, architects, engineers, cyber security specialists and operational teams to define appropriate solutions. Developing business requirements, user stories, process maps, functional requirements and technical documentation. Managing project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions and actions. Coordinating delivery across multiple internal teams, suppliers and third-party stakeholders. Supporting the assessment of existing security controls, processes and capabilities against regulatory and organisational requirements. Identifying gaps, defining remediation activities and supporting the development of implementation roadmaps. Facilitating workshops with business, technical, security and regulatory stakeholders. Providing clear reporting to programme and senior management, including progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions. Supporting governance, assurance and change management activities. Ensuring appropriate documentation, traceability and evidence is maintained throughout delivery. Contributing to continuous improvement of security, compliance and delivery processes. Essential Experience Candidates should demonstrate: Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager or similar role within a technology, telecommunications or security environment. Experience working within telecommunications / communications service provider environments or closely related sectors. Practical experience of telecoms security and regulatory requirements. Experience relating to the Telecommunications (Security) Act and/or associated telecoms security requirements, obligations and controls. Strong understanding of how regulatory and security requirements translate into technical, operational and organisational change. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across technology, security, engineering, operations and business functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical information and communicate it clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience producing high-quality documentation, requirements and governance materials. Experience managing competing priorities, dependencies and stakeholders within complex programmes.
