CONTEXTE DE LA MISSION La mission s'inscrit au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information et du Numérique (DSIN) d'un grand groupe assuranciel, dans le domaine Communication Sortante. Cette entité, composée de 18 personnes dont 6 prestataires externes, pilote l'ensemble des communications administratives et contractuelles du groupe dans un environnement omnicanal (mails, courriers, SMS). Le prestataire intervient en tant que Développeur / Concepteur Communication Sortante, avec pour objectif la production et la livraison des documents réglementaires du groupe. Le contexte est multi-technologique et multi-sites, impliquant des interactions avec des interlocuteurs internes et externes à la DSIN. RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES Analyser, concevoir et chiffrer les réponses aux besoins exprimés par les équipes métier Développer les modèles de composition sur les technologies EMPOWER et EXSTREAM Paramétrer la chaîne de distribution des communications sortantes Réaliser les tests unitaires et assurer le suivi des recettes En cas de délégation au centre de services (CDS) : suivre les développements confiés et participer aux comités de suivi Effectuer des revues de travaux réalisés en interne et/ou en externe Garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des normes de développement Participer au maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) du patrimoine applicatif LIVRABLES ATTENDUS Modèles de composition développés et validés (EMPOWER / EXSTREAM) Rapports de tests unitaires et comptes rendus de recette Comptes rendus de suivi des développements confiés au centre de services Revues de code et rapports de contrôle qualité Contributions au MCO du patrimoine documentaire

Le prestataire intervient en appui des équipes internes pour la conception, le développement et le maintien des modèles de composition de documents, sur des technologies éditiques variées. Le besoin couvre à la fois des activités de réalisation directe et de supervision de travaux délégués à un centre de services. Rôle et responsabilités principales Analyser, concevoir et chiffrer les réponses aux besoins des équipes Métiers Développer des modèles de composition sur les outils DOC1, EMPOWER et EXSTREAM Paramétrer la chaîne de distribution Réaliser les tests unitaires et suivre les recettes Superviser les développements confiés au centre de services (CDS) et participer aux comités de suivi Effectuer des revues de travaux réalisés en interne et/ou en externe Garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des normes de développement Contribuer au maintien en condition opérationnelle du patrimoine éditique Livrables attendus Modèles de composition documentaire opérationnels (DOC1, EMPOWER, EXSTREAM) Chiffrages et analyses de besoins Métiers Paramétrages de la chaîne de distribution Comptes-rendus et livrables des recettes et tests unitaires Revues de code et rapports de contrôle qualité Participation aux comités de suivi CDS (production des points d'avancement si applicable)

Contexte Au sein de l’équipe CRM, vous jouez un rôle central d’interface entre les métiers (Sales, Service, Customer Success…) et les équipes techniques Salesforce. Vous avez une approche résolument fonctionnelle, orientée processus, expérience utilisateur et performance business, tout en étant capable de comprendre les contraintes techniques pour cadrer efficacement les solutions. - Missions principales 1. Recueil & analyse des besoins métiers Animer des workshops avec les équipes métiers Comprendre les enjeux opérationnels (vente, support client, relation client) Formaliser les besoins sous forme de : User stories Spécifications fonctionnelles Parcours utilisateurs (user journeys) Challenger les demandes pour proposer des solutions adaptées et standard Salesforce 2. Conception fonctionnelle Salesforce Traduire les besoins métier en solutions fonctionnelles dans Salesforce Définir : Les processus (cycle de vente, gestion des cas, SLA…) Les règles de gestion Les écrans et parcours utilisateurs Veiller à l’alignement avec les bonnes pratiques Salesforce (limiter le spécifique) Collaborer avec les équipes techniques sans intervenir directement en développement 3. Coordination & delivery Travailler en lien avec : Développeurs / intégrateurs Salesforce Architectes Product Owner / Product Manager Participer aux cérémonies agiles (refinement, sprint planning…) Préparer et exécuter les phases de recette (tests fonctionnels, UAT) Garantir la conformité des livrables avec les besoins métiers 4. Senior Technical Java and C# .net Software Developer We are currently recruiting a Java with C# .net Senior Software Developer – who can be the lead in the team. You must have at least 5 to 7 years proven track record of developing software with Java and C# .net framework coupled with SQL Server. Ability to own and drive forward Omni channel technical solutions and technical architecture from an IT perspective (with direction from Head of IM, Consumer & Brands) o Ownership of FM Digital Technical architecture including the ongoing review of overall FM Omni technical design, structure and future-fit. Project lead on any future re-platforming for FM.com. o To be the technology lead managing the ‘day to day’ from a technical perspective o Ensure all technical solutions are best-in-class, future-proofed and align to the wider DBIM vision / strategy (e.g. liaise with wider IM on Security, release processes etc) § For example for the FM global single customer view project, the role would provide all technical advice on architecture, user stories, technical specs and DB IM sign-offs Technical lead for all 3rd party solution providers: a) Salesforce b) Booking Bug c) Shopify.
