Le consultant évoluera dans un environnement majoritairement Linux, avec des infrastructures SAN/NAS Hitachi, NetApp et Dell, des solutions de sauvegarde Dell-EMC NetWorker, Commvault et DataDomain, ainsi que des fabrics Fibre Channel Cisco ou Brocade. Missions : - Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures de stockage et de sauvegarde - Superviser les plateformes et traiter les alertes, incidents et demandes de changement - Administrer les baies SAN/NAS Hitachi, NetApp et Dell - Gérer le provisioning, zoning, masking, volumes, LUN et partages NAS - Administrer les snapshots, réplications et mécanismes de haute disponibilité - Exploiter les solutions de stockage objet compatibles S3 - Administrer Dell-EMC NetWorker, Commvault et DataDomain - Gérer les politiques de sauvegarde, restauration, rétention et déduplication - Administrer les réseaux Fibre Channel Cisco et Brocade - Participer aux analyses de performance et à la gestion de capacité - Contribuer aux projets de migration et d'évolution des infrastructures - Produire et maintenir la documentation technique et les procédures d'exploitation - Assurer la coordination avec les équipes systèmes, réseau, sécurité, cloud et fournisseurs Profil attendu : Nous recherchons un Expert Stockage & Sauvegarde disposant d'une solide expérience sur les infrastructures SAN/NAS, les solutions de sauvegarde d'entreprise et les environnements Fibre Channel. Site Infrastructure Engineer South East England - Field Based (Southampton, Kent and up to Cardington) £30,000 - £35,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance Excellent opportunity for an IT Support or Infrastructure Engineer looking for a varied, field-based position where you will become the go-to technical contact for multiple operational sites across the South East. This organisation is a well-established national business providing essential services to customers across the public and private sectors. Operating from a large network of UK locations, they are continuing to invest in their technology, infrastructure and operational capabilities. The wider group employs approximately 2,600 people across 72 sites, providing the stability of a national organisation alongside plenty of local responsibility and autonomy. In this varied role, you will support the network, IT and communications infrastructure across sites throughout the South East. You'll troubleshoot LAN and WAN equipment, install hardware, support Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environments, and assist with data and voice cabling. You will also coordinate third-party suppliers and act as an escalation point between central support teams and site-based colleagues. The territory stretches from Southampton across to Kent and as far north as Cardington, with much of the current activity concentrated around Rainham and the wider Kent area. This is a genuinely field-based role, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling between sites and managing your own workload. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting networks and end-user IT equipment within a multi-site, field-based or operational environment. You will need a full UK driving licence and should be confident working independently, communicating with non-technical colleagues and representing the IT function on site. Helpdesk and Desktop Support Analyst Our Client a retail bank – based in the City London – is looking to recruit Helpdesk and Desktop Support Analyst with 4 to 5 years proven experience. Responsible for the full range of user support, including desktop and peripheral hardware support, application support, network connectivity and remote connectivity.
