• Maîtrise de l'utilisation de divers outils de gestion de projets et de portefeuilles (par exemple MS Project, OpenProject, Planisware, Teams ou équivalent). • Excellente compréhension des technologies et architectures logicielles et informatiques en entreprise. • Un certificat actif en gestion de projet (PMP, PRINCE2 ou une norme industrielle équivalente). • Expérience avérée dans l'utilisation des techniques de gestion de projet, WBS, PBS, diagrammes réseaux, diagrammes de Gantt, techniques d'estimation (par exemple points de fonction), spécifications de périmètre, gestion des ressources. • Très bonne compréhension et utilisation active des techniques de modélisation, c'est-à-dire la modélisation des cas d'usage et le BPM. • Très bonne compréhension du marché mondial des logiciels COTS. • Expertise dans l'utilisation des sources et fournisseurs d'analyses de marché COTS. • Très bonne compréhension et utilisation active des outils d'IA pour aider aux exigences et à l'évaluation du COTS.
