Dans le cadre d'une régie longue durée pour un acteur bancaire, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Poste De Travail H/F - Modern Workplace Aperçu périmètre: Build : accompagnement mise ne place une solution teams Rooms Sujet de conformité migration de plateforme de certificat Bascule de méthode de déploiement de MDT et SCCM vers Autopilot Migration du parc Windows vers Windows 11 Migration PKI (S/MIME & NAC) Packaging d'apps (PowerShell App Toolkit, Winget) Rédaction de scripts one-shot et de proactive remédiations (Via PowerShell) Création de règles de conformité & profils de configuration Qualification de nouveaux matériels à intégrer pour Intune RUN Maintien de l'exploitation et expertise N3 autour du Poste de travail physique Rédaction de procédures et documentations : Confluence Support niveau 3 sur la partie modern workplace : Jira Gestion et Administration de la plateforme SCCM CB Scripting PowerShell, Vbscript

Contexte de la mission Au sein de l’équipe DEVICES, la mission sera d’assurer l’exploitation, le bon fonctionnement de nos postes clients Windows 11 sur les différents sites, l'intégration des nouveaux besoins et l’évolution de nos process de mastérisation de postes de travail Windows basés aujourd'hui sur MDT et que nous souhaitons remplacer par une nouvelle solution de provisionning. Ce rôle est à périmètre international pour nos magasins et services. Objectifs et livrables Maintien en condition opérationnelle de l'infrastructure MDT Réaliser les tâches de mises à niveau des Masters selon les remontées des équipes techniques. Validation et intégration au Master des mises à jour système Packaging d'applications (Workspace One, Powershell) Intégration et déploiement des packages en lien avec les Masters et le catalogue d'applications. MCO et intégration du futur catalogue matériel (Laptop/Desktop) avec MDT. Pilotage de la qualité des déploiements (Mesure et communication des indicateurs) Revue et Rédaction de documentation technique. Build de la nouvelle solution de provisionning (WSO, Baremetal, Powershell GUI, DISM, Google Cloud) Windows afin de remplacer MDT. Support Niveau 4 Accompagnement des projets techniques de la feature workstation

Role : VMware Architect Location : Hybrid working , based in Portsmouth Clearance Level : SC IR35 Status : Inside IR35 Duration : 6 months initially Target Start Date: 01/09/2025 Target End Date: 28/02/2026 Recruitment Type (Contractor or Temp): Contractor Brief overview on the role/project: We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade virtualisation solutions. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance environments using VMware vSphere, vSAN, and Horizon View. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect virtual desktop infrastructures (VDI) and support secure remote access deployments. Mandatory skills: - Proven experience designing and implementing VMware Horizon View environments in secure enterprise settings. - Deep knowledge of VMware vSAN architecture and performance optimisation. - Familiarity with VMware vCenter, and ESXi host management. - Strong understanding of Horizon deployment planning, including display protocols (Blast Extreme, PCoIP), desktop pools, and application provisioning. - Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with stakeholders. - Excellent documentation skills for design decisions and implementation guides. Desirable skills: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent. Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) for image automation.
