They may also be asked to perform software installations, write guides, etc. The IT Technician is above all a computer professional with exceptional versatility. Indeed, they must be able to respond to any computer-related problem. This requires multiple skills. Most of the time (especially when it comes to breakdowns), they are forced to work under pressure, as their employers will need to repair their installations as quickly as possible. It's the same scenario when working on a faulty computer, poorly configured software, etc. Furthermore, to be as effective as possible, the IT Technician doesn't rest on their laurels.
