Network Infrastructure Support Engineer The role of the IT Infrastructure Engineer is to manage day to day activities to develop, deliver and support the infrastructure and upgrades needed to deliver this programme. You will be part of the 10 people UK ICT team but be assigned to the programme on a full-time basis. Provide technical and project management support Define, manage, track and proactively deliver technical solutions to achieve project goals Implement technical changes and solutions into the Companys environments Ensure all solutions are in line with Company policies and standards Act as interface between the project and BAU support team Fully document all solutions and activities You will be report to the Head of Global Infrastructure and the European IT Director Excellent communication skills, including including written and verbal You will have an understanding of ITIL, Prince 2 practices. Must have a MCP certification along with at least 5 years experience of desktop and application rollouts Ability to think creatively and problem solve and ability to work under pressure Must be able to document solutions and support users through system changes Should have effective time management and organisational skills Ability to learn knowledge of new systems quickly and apply them in the work environment Previous experience of supporting a school environment – desirable Should have the following technical skills: Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 administration Windows 10 operating system Azure Portal Microsoft Intune uniFLOW management software Meraki Access Points Knowledge of SIMS.net – desirable Knowledge of education applications – desirable The position will be based in Milton Keynes with travel to various locations in the UK. Intégré à l'équipe plateforme, vous interviendrez sur le développement, la qualification et la mise en production d'agents IA orchestrés sous LangGraph. Vos principales missions : Concevoir et développer des agents autonomes en Python avec LangGraph (StateGraph, multi-agents, human-in-the-loop, intégration LLM, prebuilt tools). Intégrer les agents avec des composants RAG, des bases de connaissances internes et des sources opérationnelles via API. Optimiser les stratégies de prompt engineering et les mécanismes de contrôle (function calling, tool use, plan-and-execute). Mettre en place et enrichir les suites d'évaluation (datasets d'évaluation, monitoring comportemental, détection de dérive et d'hallucinations) sous LangSmith. Industrialiser les agents : versioning, conteneurisation, intégration CI/CD et conformité aux standards de la plateforme. Documenter les agents et contribuer à la matrice de risques ainsi qu'aux runbooks d'exploitation. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'Architecte plateforme, l'Ingénieur Plateforme / SRE, le Data Engineer, le Data Scientist ainsi qu'avec le Product Owner et les référents métiers, dans un cadre Agile Scrum (sprints de 2 semaines). Nous recherchons un Développeur Backend NestJS / TypeScript pour participer à la conception et au développement du socle backend d'un registre d'actifs numériques (APIs, serveurs MCP, ressources techniques). Mission du posteParticiper à la définition du besoin fonctionnel autour du référencement, des responsabilités, du cycle de vie et des relations entre les actifs numériques. Concevoir et développer le backend dans une démarche API First. Concevoir le modèle de domaine et le modèle de données du registre. Concevoir des APIs REST robustes, documentées et évolutives. Développer les APIs avec NestJS et TypeScript. Concevoir et maintenir les contrats OpenAPI et leur documentation. Mettre en place les mécanismes d'authentification, d'autorisation et de contrôle des accès, notamment dans un contexte OIDC / OAuth2. Structurer l'architecture backend selon des principes de Clean Architecture / Architecture Hexagonale. Mettre en place les tests unitaires et d'intégration et garantir la qualité du code. Collaborer avec les équipes frontend pour assurer la cohérence entre le backend, les APIs et l'expérience développeur. Documenter l'architecture, les choix techniques et les conventions de contribution. Participer à la conception d'un produit open source, générique, maintenable et extensible. Prendre en compte les enjeux de sécurité et d'industrialisation liés à un environnement sensible.
