ContexteDans le cadre de la modernisation et de la transformation de son infrastructure de sécurité, notre client, acteur majeur du secteur de l'hôtellerie, recherche un Ingénieur Sécurité Réseau orienté F5 et WAF. Vous rejoindrez une équipe en charge de l'exploitation et de l'évolution des plateformes de sécurité exposées à Internet. Le client est actuellement dans une phase d'étude et de modernisation de ses solutions de sécurité et recherche un profil capable d'apporter une expertise technique sur les solutions existantes tout en étant force de proposition sur les technologies du marché. MissionsRun (environ 70%)Administration et maintien en conditions opérationnelles des infrastructures de sécurité. Exploitation des solutions F5 BIG-IP (LTM, reverse proxy, load balancing). Administration des solutions Imperva WAF. Gestion et administration des solutions McAfee. Traitement des incidents et des demandes de support. Gestion des tickets via l'outil ITSM. Gestion des demandes d'ouverture de flux et suivi des changements. Analyse des incidents de sécurité et participation à leur résolution. Supervision, contrôle des performances et suivi des alertes. Documentation des procédures d'exploitation. Build / Projets (environ 30%)Participation aux projets de transformation et de modernisation des infrastructures de sécurité. Étude, benchmark et évaluation de nouvelles solutions de sécurité du marché. Participation aux évolutions des architectures réseau et sécurité. Contribution aux projets Cloud, notamment sur AWS. Accompagnement des équipes techniques dans le choix et l'intégration de nouvelles solutions. Desktop Support Analyst – Bank in the City London Our Client is an International Bank with its European Head Office based int eh City London. They are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst with at least 5 to 8 years proven expertise within Desktop Support. The Support team operate a rota to cover the core hours from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. You will be working as a part of the Service Support Team and as such providing Desktop Support to around 130 users across several countries in Europe with the bulk in the City London. This position will require you to have experience in hardware builds for both PC's and Servers along with software installations and upgrades. It will also include login permissions along with training users in the use of software. The focus of the role will be to take control of all issues and problems raised by users and ensure that they are clearly documented and followed up with the appropriate action to resolve them within the Support Team. The Client uses Cisco and Microsoft platforms so you need to have experience of both Cisco and Microsoft software.
