Le poste d'Expert Web Proxy Skyhigh/McAfee consiste à accompagner un grand groupe international dans la modernisation complète de son infrastructure Proxy, avec une transition progressive des environnements on-premise vers une plateforme Proxy Cloud centralisée. Le consultant intervient dès l'audit des environnements existants en analysant les règles de filtrage, les policies, les mécanismes d'authentification, la configuration TLS/SSL, les fichiers .PAC et les dépendances applicatives. Cette étape permet de définir les prérequis techniques et de préparer les conditions de migration pour chaque entité du groupe. Il participe ensuite à la préparation et à la conduite des migrations vers Skyhigh Cloud : définition des plans de bascule, coordination avec les équipes locales et globales, participation aux workshops, supervision des tests et accompagnement des mises en production afin d'assurer une transition sécurisée et performante. Le consultant est également responsable de la configuration avancée de Skyhigh/McAfee Web Gateway : paramétrage des policies, filtrage web, inspection TLS/SSL, gestion des certificats, optimisation des performances et intégration éventuelle du MCP. L'un des aspects critiques du poste consiste à garantir l'intégration fluide du Proxy avec les mécanismes d'authentification (AD, Kerberos, NTLM, SAML), et à résoudre les incidents d'accès ou de navigation. En tant qu'expert N3, il assure le troubleshooting avancé des incidents Proxy, analyse les logs, identifie les causes racines et intervient lors des bascules sensibles. Enfin, il produit l'ensemble des livrables techniques : LLD, rapports de migration, documentation fonctionnelle, supports d'ateliers et transfert de connaissances aux équipes RUN.
Contexte : Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes infrastructures et production, une banque de renom recherche un Ingénieur Build Réseaux & Sécurité pour intervenir sur la mise en place de nouvelles solutions et les évolutions majeures des infrastructures réseaux et sécurité à l'échelle internationale. Au sein du Cluster CIB, vous contribuerez à la conception, au déploiement et à l'évolution des infrastructures, en coordination avec les équipes techniques, les architectes, les chefs de projet et les équipes applicatives, dans un environnement international. Missions Principales : Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et faire évoluer les infrastructures réseaux et sécurité ; Participer aux projets de déploiement de nouvelles solutions et aux changements majeurs sur les infrastructures existantes ; Intervenir sur des environnements réseaux routés et switchés ; Configurer et intégrer les équipements réseaux et de sécurité : routeurs, switches, firewalls, proxies, solutions F5, etc ; Travailler sur les protocoles et technologies réseaux : BGP, OSPF, STP, MPLS, ACI, ACL, etc ; Contribuer à la définition et à la rédaction des architectures techniques, notamment les dossiers HLD/LLD ; Coordonner les interventions avec les différents interlocuteurs techniques et fonctionnels ; Assurer la communication et la vulgarisation des solutions techniques auprès d'interlocuteurs variés, en Français et en Anglais ; Identifier les opportunités d'automatisation des opérations réseaux et sécurité, notamment à l'aide d'Ansible et de Python ; Participer, selon les besoins, à l'industrialisation des déploiements et à l'intégration de pratiques DevOps et CI/CD.

The security and support of the company's network is paramount. Predominately a support role (BAU) with design of scalable solutions deliverable through projects. Desktop Support Analyst – Bank in the City London Our Client is an International Bank with its European Head Office based int eh City London. They are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst with at least 5 to 8 years proven expertise within Desktop Support. The Support team operate a rota to cover the core hours from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. You will be working as a part of the Service Support Team and as such providing Desktop Support to around 130 users across several countries in Europe with the bulk in the City London. This position will require you to have experience in hardware builds for both PC's and Servers along with software installations and upgrades. It will also include login permissions along with training users in the use of software. The focus of the role will be to take control of all issues and problems raised by users and ensure that they are clearly documented and followed up with the appropriate action to resolve them within the Support Team.
