As a Financial Analyst your role will be to provide high-quality financial planning, reporting and analytical support to the Financial Planning & Analysis Lead, assisting in the delivery of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, product costing and business planning activities, whilst ensuring financial information is accurate, timely and supports effective decision-making across the organisation. Salesforce Developer - SC Cleared We are looking for a Salesforce developer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging OmniStudio components, custom development using Apex and Flows, and automation capabilities to support complex business processes. Diagnose and resolve customer incidents and technical enquiries within agreed timescales. Take ownership of customer problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams. Follow established service management processes and accurately document actions and resolutions. Maintain service levels and ensure customer expectations and SLAs are achieved. Support more complex escalations and unexpected technical problems. Monitor service performance through reporting and analysis.
