Dans le cadre du renforcement du dispositif QA d’une plateforme GenAI, nous recherchons un QA Engineer expérimenté , idéalement avec une première expérience en tests de solutions IA génératives . Vous interviendrez au sein d’une équipe orientée craftsmanship, performance et innovation , dans un environnement technique moderne (LangGraph, FastAPI, Kubernetes, MongoDB – Cloud GCP). Missions Tests & Qualité Rédiger, exécuter et automatiser les scénarios de tests. Contribuer aux tests API, E2E, non-régression et cahiers de recette. Prioriser les anomalies avec l’équipe produit et gérer le backlog (mode Scrum board). Participer à l’amélioration des processus QA au sein de l’équipe. Automatisation Implémenter et maintenir des scripts d’automatisation (Karate, Gatling ou équivalent interne). Intégration des tests dans la chaîne CI/CD. Suivi et reporting via Xray/Jira. IA / GenAI Testing Utiliser des outils d’IA pour générer des cas de test, analyser les résultats et identifier les tests pertinents. Prendre en compte les spécificités des systèmes IA : non-déterminisme, biais potentiels, hallucinations, limites des modèles. Contribuer aux bonnes pratiques d’évaluation et de fiabilité des modèles IA. Documentation & Suivi Maintenir la documentation QA et les bonnes pratiques. Reporter l’état des correctifs et interactions avec la chaîne support. Livrables Scripts d’automatisation (Karate / Gatling / outil interne). Tickets et reportings Xray/Jira. Documentation process & bonnes pratiques QA. Suivi des correctifs.

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Testeur(se) Automatisation pour renforcer notre pôle test. Vos principales missions, intégrer à l’équipe chargée de la réalisation des API Java du référentiel client : Prendre en charge la maintenance et l'extension du socle existant pour les tests automatisés (framework Karate). L’automatisation et la maintenance de ces tests ainsi que l’exécution des campagnes dans le respect de la stratégie de test définie conjointement avec l’équipe et le Test Lead du domaine. Concevoir les tests des users stories au sein de l’équipe travaillant en mode agile. Maintenir le patrimoine actuel des tests. Participer aux tests manuels sur les solutions non pourvues de tests automatisés ou pour des évolutions mineures ou dont la livraison est attendue très rapidement. Se charger des tests de performance (frameworks K6 ou Jmeter) sur les composants logiciels développés par son équipe et intégrer ces tests à la CI afin de disposer de toutes les informations nécessaires pour alerter en cas de dérive. Être l'animateur des pratiques de test au sein de l'équipe afin d'obtenir la meilleure qualité possible dans le delivery de l'équipe. Participer aux activités d'analyse des user stories, des logs de production et participer pleinement à la vie de l'équipe.

This role is instrumental in deciding the scope of the work for 2026 from customer point of view as the candidate currently working holds full control of the QA space of the project. Key Responsibilities: * QA Automation Engineer and automation delivery for Anti-Financial Crime and Data platforms. * Design and maintain hybrid automation frameworks for API (Karate DSL, Rest Assured), UI (Selenium, Playwright), and regression testing. * Validate multi-source data flows across 10+ upstream systems (party, transaction, account data) integrated with AFC Search (BigQuery/GCP) and Videris (OSINT investigations). * Manage UAT engagement with case management teams (L1/L2), preparing packs, training users, and ensuring smooth sign-offs. * Run daily defect triage and war rooms, driving RCA and production readiness. * Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket with reusable regression packs. * Deliver testing for AML/KYC, screening, transaction monitoring, GDPR, and MiFID-related change programmes. * Mentor teams Key Skills & Experience: * Ideally 10+ years of QA experience, with 5+ years in QA Automation Lead or equivalent role. * Strong expertise in Playwright, Selenium (Java), Karate DSL, Tosca, Postman. * Hands-on SQL expertise for complex joins, reconciliation, and ETL validation. * Experience managing multi-country delivery teams across UK, India, Romania, and US. * Strong knowledge of UAT/SIT management, release readiness, and production support. * CI/CD pipeline integration with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and automation reporting dashboards. * Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery and tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).
