Lead contract management and negotiation and statements of work in preparation for governance approval. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic goals. Engage with L&C for support to manage delays to delivery. Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with governance policies. Create and manage templates for SOWs, change orders, and other agreements. Support BAU contract management activities. Deliver contractually required reporting and participate in customer meetings. Stay current on IT law, data protection (e.g., GDPR) , and commercial legislation. Support and develop members of the Contract Management team. Act in accordance with Legal and Commercial guidance. Ensure any contractual document (contract change or extension, relief or delay notice, or contract proposal) is reviewed and approved by the Legal & Commercial team in accordance with DOFA requirements. Engage support from and liaise closely with the Legal & Commercial team at the early stage of new contract or contract extension negotiations in order to agree negotiation strategy and key legal issues. Engage support Legal & Commercial during contract delivery regarding any contractual dispute or delay. Service Desk Agent 24/7 Must have an Active DV Clearance Service Desk Agent 24/7 Responsibilities Provide technical support across Microsoft products, operating systems, networks, applications and PCs. Diagnose and resolve customer incidents and technical enquiries within agreed timescales. Take ownership of customer problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams. Follow established service management processes and accurately document actions and resolutions. Maintain service levels and ensure customer expectations and SLAs are achieved. Support more complex escalations and unexpected technical problems. Monitor service performance through reporting and analysis. Maintain Known Errors, Workarounds and fixes within the knowledge database. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and existing support processes. Share technical knowledge and effective resolutions across the Service Desk team. Service Desk Agent 24/7 Skills and Experience Previous Service Desk, IT Support or technical support experience. Experience supporting Microsoft products, operating systems, networks, applications and PCs. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience working within structured service management processes and SLA-driven environments. Ability to take ownership of incidents through to resolution or appropriate escalation. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to remain effective when working under pressure. Strong team-working skills with the ability to demonstrate initiative and personal ownership. Experience documenting technical resolutions, Known Errors and Workarounds. Application Decommissioning Consultant Application Decommissioning Consultant Overview * The Application Decommissioning Consultant will lead and coordinate application decommissioning discovery activities across complex enterprise technology environments. * Act as the end-to-end discovery lead across Application, Infrastructure, Network, Database, Security, Integration and Operations workstreams. * The primary requirement is proven experience delivering application decommissioning, retirement, rationalisation or technology modernisation programmes. * Take ownership of dependency discovery, decommissioning approaches, execution strategy and the development of governance and supporting documentation. Application Decommissioning Consultant Responsibilities * Define information requirements and assessment templates across each technical workstream. * Develop and maintain an integrated Dependency Register. * Define comprehensive decommissioning Runbook templates covering technical workstreams, governance approvals and backup requirements. * Challenge and reconcile conflicting information received from different SME groups. * Define the recommended decommissioning approach for each application. * Identify prerequisites, dependencies, sequencing considerations and activities required for execution. * Develop a high-level decommissioning roadmap and execution strategy. * Review and update the Decommissioning Strategy, including governance, RACI, approval gates and success criteria. * Produce consolidated Assessment Reports and supporting discovery deliverables. * Develop the Decommissioning Entry Criteria Checklist. * Facilitate technical discovery workshops across multiple SME groups.
