Nous recherchons, pour intégrer notre Centre de Services, un Administrateur Systèmes et Réseaux H/F. VOTRE MISSION : L’expert « Administrateur Systèmes et Réseaux » intervient auprès d'un portefeuille de Clients variés dans le cadre de prestations d'infogérance, d'accompagnement technique et de projets d'évolution des infrastructures informatiques. Il participe au support à minima pendant les 6 premiers mois de son intégration afin de se familiariser aux clients, outils et stacks techniques diverses et variées. Il pourra être ensuite en charge de l'exploitation, du déploiement des systèmes d'information de nos Clients, dans des environnements On-Premise, Cloud ou Hybrides. Selon l’expérience et les compétences, il peut également intervenir sur des missions d'audit, et voire selon les besoins, opérer ponctuellement des missions en régie chez nos Clients Missions principales : Exploitation et support Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles et de sécurité (MCO-MCS) des infrastructures Clients Prendre en charge le support technique de niveau 1 et 2 puis à terme à 3 sur les environnements systèmes, réseaux, postes de travail et services cloud Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents tout en garantissant la qualité de service Projets techniques Concevoir, déployer et faire évoluer des infrastructures On-Premise, Cloud ou Hybrides Participer aux projets de migration, modernisation, sécurisation et automatisation des environnements Clients Intervenir sur les environnements Microsoft, Linux, Réseaux, Virtualisation et Cloud Audit et conseil Participer à des audits techniques et de sécurité Identifier les risques et proposer des axes d'amélioration Accompagner les Clients dans leurs projets d'évolution et de transformation numérique Relation client Assurer le suivi technique des Clients confiés Participer aux réunions de suivi et aux comités techniques Rédiger et tenir à jour la documentation technique et les rapports d'intervention Après 6 mois d’ancienneté, une répartition des tâches cibles serait comme suit : 50% production 20% exploitation 20% support 10% régie
