Service Architect Must have an Active DV Clearance You will work closely with solution architects, project teams, operational stakeholders, and customers to develop service designs that meet both business and contractual objectives. The position is ideal for an experienced Service Architect with a strong background in service design, operating model development, governance, and live service transition. Service Architect Responsibilities Design end-to-end service solutions for low, medium, and high-complexity projects transitioning into live service. Develop service operating models, governance frameworks, and support strategies. Produce service acceptance criteria, operational support requirements, and transition plans. Define and contribute to SLA, KPI, service catalogue, and underpinning contract requirements. Conduct impact assessments of current operating models and design future service models. Work closely with solution owners to ensure service stability, resilience, and operational efficiency. Service Architect Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in Service Architecture or Service Management. Strong understanding of service management principles, methodologies, and best practice. Experience designing service operating models for large-scale IT environments. Strong knowledge of service supply chains and operational support models. Experience delivering service transition, operational readiness, and live service acceptance. Ability to produce clear, concise, and high-quality technical documentation. Experience managing service risks, governance, and operational dependencies. Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence technical and business leaders. Experience leading virtual and co-located teams within fast-paced delivery environments. They are now looking to recruit a Senior MS SQL Server DBA with at least 5 years expertise. Although the role is for a Senior MS SQL Server DBA – the Client would like you to have a background in Data Warehousing. As MS SQL Server DBA with Application Support you will be involved with developing and implementing solutions for the banks financial systems. As an MS SQL Server DBA role will involve the following: Ensure the integrity, security and accuracy of production database environment, ensuring good performance of the dependent applications. Plan and implement operating procedures for backup of database and recovery of database information. Develops database-related application development standards covering database creation, software placement, storage and auditing. Ensures the integrity of the recovery system at all times. Initiates formal testing of the recovery system. Develops database procedures as necessary to enhance the application suite as required. IT Security Manager Our Client is a large international organisation who are looking to recruit an IT Security Manager with at least 5 to 8 years proven expertise. Provide advice, support and guidance to all Company Corporate functions to assist them to maintain and improve their information security maturity. To work collaboratively with all areas of the Company Corporate and build networks and relationships to promote Information Security. Act as subject matter expert on for IT Security, including legal and regulatory compliance Advise Company Corporate functions on how to achieve the required controls and assist with solutions to support them. Eg Support in the development of standards and their application in line with Group security policies. Participate in Company BU's Projects giving support, guidance, control validation and overall security assurance. This could also involve sitting on major project steering committees. Support and encourage the ethos and methodology of security by design. Aid GRC to build, implement and facilitate a mechanism to aid BU's to assess and measure their security compliance to policies. Drive the development of BU/Divisional security roadmaps. Giving oversight of key non-conformities to feed into the CISO roadmap.
