Minimum five years' experience in Technology Programme or Project Management. Experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives. Experience with the American Express (AMEX) ecosystem is preferred. Strong experience managing end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe. Experience managing integrated project planning, release planning, testing, deployment, operational readiness, and business change. Strong RAID management experience covering risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and escalations. Experience delivering technology modernisation, platform transformation, cloud migration, or legacy system decommissioning projects. Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles, enterprise architecture, systems integration, and technology delivery. Experience working with multiple technical teams and cross-functional delivery squads. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Experience using Jira, Rally, and Confluence or similar Agile delivery tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities. Experience using automation or AI-enabled tools to improve programme reporting and delivery visibility would be advantageous.
