The Information Systems department provides global IT services spanning infrastructure, end-user support, business applications, data and digital solutions. The consultant will join the Logistics domain and support the harmonization of logistics processes across multiple business units and sites. Mission Contribute to the end-to-end implementation of SAP WM-STRM-IM, supporting the migration and harmonization of logistics processes. Work closely with business stakeholders and other SAP domains to ensure end-to-end process coverage and support decision-making. Principales responsabilités Contribute to end-to-end SAP WM-STRM-IM implementation. Ensure integration of logistics processes with other SAP domains, including MM, SD, PP and QM. Support business-facing activities and facilitate decision-making. Document SAP WM-STRM-IM configurations and technical specifications. Conduct system testing and validation. Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. Work within custom-built and template-based SAP environments. Support change requests and tickets when project workload allows. Provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants where applicable. Proven experience with end-to-end SAP WM-STRM-IM implementations and integration with other SAP domains. Experience with structured documentation and blueprinting. Experience in international and multicultural environments. Compétences techniques SAP WM-STRM-IM expertise, including Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Stock Room Management (STRM). Familiarity with custom-built and template-based SAP environments. Debugging skills are preferred. Minimum bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. SAP certification is an advantage; practical experience is considered more important. Compétences personnelles Strong communication and alignment skills across domains and teams. Positive attitude and resilience under pressure. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, take ownership of deliverables and escalate when needed. Ability to explain viewpoints clearly while remaining open to compromise. Langues Fluent spoken and written English. Dutch is a plus. Localisation et déplacements Sites in Hoboken, Brussels and Olen. Onsite presence required at least 3 days per week at the main site. International travel to China and Korea is required during training and testing; expect 3–4 trips of 2 weeks each.
