Dans le cadre de la cession de BMCI à un acquéreur tiers, un grand groupe bancaire international pilote un programme de transformation informatique d'envergure visant à assurer la séparation complète des systèmes d'information de BMCI vis-à-vis des infrastructures et applications du Groupe. Le Stream APS EM couvre tous les actifs applicatifs critiques dont la migration ou la bascule doit être finalisée avant le DAY 1 fixé avant fin d'année 2026, tel que : Core Banking SAB Datalake BMCI SELFI (couche d'échange) Digital Banking (banque en ligne retail & corporate) Instant Payment (connectivité SIMT/SWIFT) CREDIT F'YIDI (octroi de crédit) Le stream IT Service Management (ITSM) couvre le remplacement de l'usage ServiceNow Groupe post-closing via une solution Portail Customer Service Management qui devrait être utilisée par les bénéficiaires de l'entité cédée dans le cadre du workflow traitement des incidents, requests, changements. Dans le cadre de l'IT convergence Bank Polska dans ce groupe bancaire, les enjeux sont regroupés dans 4 streams principaux : Cybersécurité : Agréger le CyberSOC Pologne dans celui du Groupe et utiliser les mêmes outils de détection de vulnérabilités comme Tanium. Télécom : Alignement du matériel network et pilotage centralisé commun. Workspace : Usage du même laptop de travail commun au groupe ainsi que les mêmes outils de messagerie et collaboratifs. Garantie de la cohérence et de la lisibilité du Stream APS EM dans les reportings consolidés du programme.
