Le / la Business Analyst(e) sera le lien essentiel entre les métiers RH et les équipes IT/techniques : recueil des besoins, spécifications, suivi de la mise en œuvre, accompagnement au changement, support post-déploiement. 3. Responsabilités principales DomaineActivités clés Analyse & cadrage • Identifier les parties prenantes RH et autres métiers. • Organiser des ateliers de recueil de besoins (ateliers, interviews, workshops). • Cartographier les processus existants RH (onboarding, offboarding, demandes de congés, formations, etc.). Spécifications fonctionnelles • Rédiger les user stories / cas d’usage, les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques. • Modéliser les workflows, écrans, formulaires, règles de gestion. • Proposer des solutions adaptées EC-Pro / HRSD. Paramétrage / Intégration • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques / de développement pour le paramétrage ou la customisation des modules EC-Pro et HRSD. • Intégrer EC-Pro / HRSD avec d’autres modules ou systèmes (SI RH, LDAP, ERP, outils internes). Tests, validation & mise en production • Définir et exécuter les plans de tests fonctionnels. • Assurer la validation métiers. • Préparer la mise en production, assurer le suivi des correctifs. • Veiller à la qualité de la livraison (respect des délais, conformité aux besoins). Accompagnement & changement • Former les utilisateurs métiers. • Produire la documentation (guides utilisateurs, procédures). • Assurer le support fonctionnel après mise en œuvre. • Gérer la communication autour des changements (impacts, bénéfices). Suivi & amélioration continue • Recueillir les retours utilisateurs. • Prioriser les évolutions ou correctifs. • Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) autour des processus RH. • Participer aux projets de roadmap RH / digitalisation.
