Your primary focus will be managing the overnight batch processes that synchronize data across various internal sources. Key Responsibilities: Develop, schedule, and maintain complex automated batch jobs for overnight file creation. Transform large datasets from various internal upstream sources into standardized formats. Ensure data integrity and implement robust error-handling and alerting . Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Python. Hands-on experience with Pandas for high-performance data manipulation and analysis. Experience building and orchestrating pipelines using Apache Airflow. A plus: Understanding of financial instruments, specifically structured products and derivatives. PMO Planner - **Must have an Active DV Clearance** Duration : 6 Months+ Location : Basingstoke PMO Planner Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and assure integrated project and programme schedules. - Establish and manage baseline plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. - Maintain alignment between master programme plans and individual project schedules. - Monitor schedule performance, identifying variances, slippage, risks, and dependencies. - Produce planning metrics, dashboards, and reporting for governance forums and customer reviews. - Support schedule assurance activities, health checks, and internal reviews. - Promote planning best practice and ensure compliance with governance and contractual requirements. - Support recovery planning and continuous improvement of planning processes, templates, and tools. - Provide planning expertise and constructive challenge to Project and Programme Managers. PMO Planner Skills and Experience - Proven experience within a PMO planning or scheduling role supporting complex programmes. - Strong understanding of programme and project lifecycle planning. - Experience maintaining integrated schedules across multiple projects or workstreams. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools. - Advanced Microsoft Excel with strong PowerPoint and Word skills. - Experience using SharePoint and programme document repositories. - Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Highly organised, proactive, collaborative, and delivery focused. Experience supporting Defence, Government, or highly regulated programmes. Experience supporting large-scale transformation or service delivery programmes.
