Summary: This role is focused on leading Digital initiatives and Integration projects as a Technical Project Manager, acting as the vital connection among various teams such as country business, IT stakeholders, architecture, and external partners. The objective is to manage projects from inception to delivery while aligning with the organization's API strategy and business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end API Management projects across multiple countries and business areas. Gather, analyze, and document country-specific business requirements, processes, and priorities. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, project plans, and delivery milestones. Coordinate with country business teams to understand local regulations, operational requirements, customer needs, and integration priorities. Manage the design, development, implementation, and lifecycle of APIs and API products. Ensure APIs comply with enterprise architecture, security, data protection, integration, and governance standards. Collaborate with solution architects, developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, data teams, and external vendors. Facilitate workshops, steering committees, status meetings, and decision-making sessions. Track project progress and provide regular reporting to senior management and relevant governance forums. Must Haves: Proven experience in technical project management. Strong knowledge of API management and integration. Ability to analyze and document business requirements. Good communication and collaboration skills. Experience in working with cross-functional teams. Nice to Haves: Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles. The position is ideal for an experienced ITAM Architect with strong ServiceNow, enterprise architecture, governance, and asset lifecycle management expertise. IT Asset Management (ITAM) Architect Responsibilities Define and maintain the enterprise IT Asset Management strategy and roadmap. Design target operating models for Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Cloud Asset Management. Lead the architecture and governance of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM integrations. Design scalable integrations between asset repositories, procurement systems, ERP platforms, cloud platforms, and discovery tools. Govern the complete lifecycle of hardware, software, and cloud assets from procurement through to retirement and disposal. Define software licensing strategies, entitlement management, licence optimisation, and compliance processes. Develop governance frameworks, policies, standards, KPIs, reporting, and audit controls.
