Contexte Dans un contexte de transformation digitale à l'échelle internationale, le client poursuit la modernisation de son environnement collaboratif avec la migration de Google Workspace vers Microsoft 365. Cette transformation concerne l'ensemble des collaborateurs des magasins, des sièges, des entrepôts et des plateformes logistiques répartis dans plusieurs pays. Au sein de l'équipe EUCD / DW (End User Computing & Digital Workplace), le Consultant Microsoft 365 Senior est responsable de l'administration, de l'exploitation et de l'évolution des services collaboratifs Microsoft 365 ainsi que des solutions de communication et de visioconférence du Groupe. Le poste s'inscrit dans une organisation orientée Produit, combinant les activités de Build (projets et évolutions) et de Run (maintenance et exploitation). Dans une approche "You Build It, You Run It", le consultant est responsable du cycle de vie dont il assure la gestion : conception, déploiement, exploitation, amélioration continue et accompagnement des utilisateurs. Le périmètre couvre notamment : • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Appli M365) • Microsoft Copilot et les services d'IA Microsoft • Microsoft Teams Rooms • Les solutions de visioconférence : Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Webex • Les équipements audiovisuels des salles de réunion et espaces collaboratifs • Les services de communication et de collaboration associés Le consultant intervient dans un environnement international complexe nécessitant une forte capacité de coordination avec les équipes métiers, les équipes infrastructures, les équipes sécurité ainsi que les partenaires externes. Le poste est rattaché au Responsable de Service EUCD/DW. Localisation : Villeneuve-d'Ascq avec une présence minimale de 3 jours par semaine sur site Principales responsabilités Le consultant assure la disponibilité, la performance, la sécurité et l'évolution des services Microsoft 365 et des solutions de collaboration du Groupe. Il contribue activement à la transformation digitale en accompagnant les projets de migration, en améliorant les processus d'exploitation et en favorisant l'adoption des nouveaux usages collaboratifs au sein des différentes entités internationales. Missions techniques Administration et exploitation Microsoft 365 • Assurer l'administration et l'exploitation des services Microsoft 365. • Garantir la disponibilité et la performance des plateformes collaboratives. • Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des services. • Gérer les incidents complexes et les problèmes récurrents. • Participer aux activités de supervision et de monitoring des environnements. • Mettre en oeuvre les bonnes pratiques d'exploitation et de gouvernance. Expertise sur les services collaboratifs • Administrer et faire évoluer : o Exchange Online o Microsoft Teams o SharePoint Online o OneDrive o Power Platform o Microsoft Copilot Transformation Google Workspace vers Microsoft 365 • Contribuer à la stratégie globale de migration. • Participer aux travaux de conception et de préparation des migrations. • Accompagner les différents pays et entités dans leur transition vers Microsoft 365. • Identifier et traiter les impacts organisationnels et techniques. • Assurer le suivi des plans d'action et des risques associés à la migration. • Accompagner les équipes métiers dans l'adoption des nouveaux usages et outils. Solutions de réunion et de visioconférence • Assurer l'administration et l'évolution des environnements Microsoft Teams Rooms. • Garantir le bon fonctionnement des équipements de salles de réunion. • Participer aux projets de déploiement, renouvellement et standardisation des équipements. • Assurer l'intégration des différentes solutions de visioconférence utilisées dans le Groupe o Microsoft Teams o Google Meet o Zoom o Webex • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et les partenaires techniques dans le cadre des projets ou du maintien en condition opérationnelle. Missions Produit (Build & Run) • Prioriser les évolutions techniques et fonctionnelles avec le PO. • Contribuer à la gestion du backlog produit. • Garantir la qualité de service et le respect des engagements opérationnels. • Participer aux cellules de crise et à la gestion des incidents majeurs. Accompagnement des métiers • Comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs et des métiers. • Traduire les besoins fonctionnels en solutions techniques adaptées. • Participer aux actions de conduite du changement. • Contribuer à la création de supports de communication et de formation. • Promouvoir les usages collaboratifs et les bonnes pratiques Microsoft 365. • Accompagner le déploiement de Microsoft Copilot et des nouveaux usages liés à l'intelligence artificielle. Profil recherché • Minimum 5 années d'expérience dans l'administration et l'exploitation d'environnements Microsoft 365 à grande échelle. • Expérience significative dans des organisations multisites et internationales. • Participation à des programmes de transformation Digital Workplace ou à des projets de migration vers Microsoft 365.
