Mission de l'équipe : Dans le cadre de la comptabilité de fonds non cotés, la mission consiste à assurer une prestation purement opérationnelle de gestion comptable de portefeuilles Private Markets, couvrant les fonds Private Equity, Real Estate et Private Debt. Le consultant prendra en charge la préparation des arrêtés, la comptabilisation des opérations, les rapprochements, le contrôle des valorisations ainsi que la préparation des clôtures et états financiers. 1. Préparation et sécurisation des arrêtés Le consultant sera responsable de la bonne préparation des arrêtés sur son portefeuille. Gestion comptable des fonds Private Markets Le consultant assurera la gestion comptable opérationnelle d'un portefeuille de fonds Private Equity, Real Estate et Private Debt. Il interviendra notamment sur les activités suivantes : • Enregistrer l'ensemble des mouvements titres et cash. • Passer les corrections comptables et appliquer les opérations sur titres annoncées sur les positions en portefeuille à leur date effective. • Créer les valeurs non réglementées, notamment les immeubles et titres de participation. • Rapprocher les positions et traiter les suspens avec le conservateur et le gestionnaire du passif sur les périmètres cash, titres, parts, futures, options et produits OTC. • Assurer le suivi du calcul et l'enregistrement des frais de gestion manuels fixes. 3. Valorisation, clôture et états financiers Le consultant contribuera à sécuriser la valorisation et les travaux de clôture des portefeuilles dont il aura la charge. Ses responsabilités comprendront : • Contrôler la valeur liquidative des portefeuilles. • Suivre et justifier les cours utilisés pour les valorisations. • Préparer les dossiers d'arrêtés et de clôture à destination des commissaires aux comptes et du dépositaire. • Établir les états financiers et annexes comptables de fin d'exercice et les transmettre aux commissaires aux comptes. • Alimenter au fil de l'eau les éléments nécessaires à l'établissement des KPI. 4. Coordination avec les parties prenantes Le consultant travaillera en interaction régulière avec les différents acteurs intervenant sur les fonds. Il devra notamment : • Entretenir une relation efficace avec les gérants, le Middle Office, le support client et les autres interlocuteurs concernés. • Répondre avec réactivité aux demandes managériales. Le consultant devra maîtriser les environnements IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, avec une connaissance approfondie des évolutions apportées par la version 12. Il devra être capable de présenter les différences entre les versions 11 et 12, les nouvelles fonctionnalités, les éventuels changements d'administration ou d'utilisation, ainsi que les bonnes pratiques permettant aux équipes de prendre rapidement en main la nouvelle version. La formation pourra être réalisée intégralement à distance.

Contexte de la missionDans le cadre d'un projet stratégique de transformation du SOC chez un client grand compte, nous recherchons un consultant expérimenté pour accompagner la migration des capacités de détection existantes vers une nouvelle plateforme basée sur Microsoft Sentinel. Le consultant interviendra au sein d'une équipe projet dédiée et contribuera à la conception, à l'implémentation et à l'optimisation de la solution SIEM. Missions principalesParticiper à la migration des cas d'usage de détection depuis l'environnement existant (IBM QRadar) vers Microsoft Sentinel. Configurer, administrer et optimiser la plateforme Microsoft Sentinel selon les besoins du client. Concevoir et faire évoluer l'architecture de la solution en assurant son intégration avec les infrastructures et outils de sécurité existants. Mettre en œuvre les mécanismes de collecte, de parsing, de normalisation et de traitement des logs de sécurité. Développer et maintenir les règles de détection (Analytics Rules), les playbooks SOAR et les automatisations. Analyser les flux de données afin d'améliorer la qualité des détections et de réduire les faux positifs. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Infrastructure, Cloud et Sécurité pour garantir une intégration performante. Rédiger la documentation technique, les procédures d'exploitation et les bonnes pratiques.

Contexte : Dans le cadre d'un programme stratégique de transformation des SI Achats, notre client recherche un Consultant Senior Data Migration pour piloter la migration des données vers une nouvelle plateforme Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Le consultant interviendra sur la conception fonctionnelle de la migration, la modélisation des données, la gouvernance, la qualité des données ainsi que la coordination entre les équipes métiers et techniques. Missions : · Concevoir les modèles de données cibles et les matrices de mapping (Source-to-Target Mapping). · Définir les règles de gestion, de transformation, d'historisation et de traçabilité des données. · Construire et maintenir le dictionnaire de données et le Data Lineage. · Piloter les différentes phases de migration (préparation, paramétrage, tests, validation et mise en production). · Garantir la qualité, la conformité et la gouvernance des données migrées. · Animer les ateliers avec les équipes Achats, Finance et Data. · Assurer l'interface entre les équipes métiers, Data et développement. · Valider la conformité fonctionnelle des développements. · Concevoir les modèles décisionnels et contribuer aux reportings Power BI. · Définir les indicateurs métiers et assurer la cohérence des données analytiques. Pour l'un de nos clients, nous recherchons un(e) CISO Project Manager Senior pour piloter des projets stratégiques liés à la sécurité de l'information et à la conformité. Le consultant devra justifier de 20 ans d'expérience minimum dans l'IT, dont au moins 10 ans en gestion de projets, et disposer d'une expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets complexes et à forts enjeux. Il/elle sera notamment responsable de la définition, de la mise en œuvre et du suivi des politiques et procédures liées aux projets CISO, ainsi que de leur conformité avec les standards et référentiels applicables tels que ISO, CISM et ITIL. Une expérience sur au moins un projet d'un budget supérieur à 20 M€ est indispensable. Une certification en gestion de projet est également requise. Seuls les CV en anglais seront étudiés. Présence minimale de 3 jours par semaine à Bruxelles. TJM tout compris, incluant déplacements et hébergement.
