IT Asset Management (ITAM) Architect Skills and Experience Significant experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) architecture and governance. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro, ServiceNow SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM. Experience designing enterprise ITAM operating models and governance frameworks. Strong understanding of Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Cloud Asset Management, and Configuration Management. Experience integrating ITAM platforms with procurement, ERP, finance, cloud, and discovery platforms. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud environments. Strong understanding of software licensing models including Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Adobe, and VMware. Knowledge of ISO 19770 and IT Asset Management best practices. Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, leadership, and communication skills. Experience producing enterprise architecture documentation, solution blueprints, and governance standards. ITIL Foundation certification required. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HAM Pro and/or SAM Pro), TOGAF, IAITAM, or similar certifications would be highly advantageous. Mission de l'équipe : Dans le cadre d'un projet stratégique de fusion de plusieurs entités au Luxembourg, la mission consiste à piloter la reprise et la migration des activités de reporting financier entre deux prestataires, tout en assurant la coordination opérationnelle des différentes parties prenantes. Le consultant interviendra dans un rôle mêlant pilotage de projet et implication opérationnelle afin de sécuriser la migration des reportings financiers, garantir la qualité des données, coordonner les équipes métiers et respecter les exigences réglementaires applicables. L'environnement est international avec des interactions régulières entre les équipes basées au Luxembourg, en France et en Irlande. 1. Pilotage du projet de migration Finance et Reporting Le consultant sera responsable de la coordination globale du projet de reprise et d'intégration des reportings financiers. Les principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : · Piloter le projet de migration sur les volets Finance, Comptabilité et Financial Reporting. · Construire et maintenir le planning détaillé du projet. · Animer les comités projet et les réunions de suivi. · Coordonner l'ensemble des parties prenantes métiers, IT et partenaires externes. · Assurer le suivi des actions, des décisions et des livrables. · Préparer les reportings d'avancement et les supports de gouvernance destinés au management. · Identifier, suivre et anticiper les risques, dépendances et points de blocage. 2. Coordination opérationnelle de la reprise des reportings financiers Le consultant accompagnera opérationnellement la migration des activités de reporting financier entre les deux prestataires. Les activités comprendront notamment : · Coordonner la reprise des reportings financiers vers la nouvelle organisation. · Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des données financières migrées. · Suivre les travaux des équipes Finance, Comptabilité, Reporting et Data. · Coordonner les phases de tests, de validation métier et de mise en production. · Assurer le respect des exigences réglementaires applicables au Luxembourg, en France et en Irlande. 3. Gouvernance projet et suivi des livrables La mission nécessitera un pilotage rigoureux de l'ensemble des livrables projet. Le consultant sera notamment chargé de : · Produire le planning détaillé du projet. · Maintenir les tableaux de suivi des actions. · Préparer les comptes rendus de gouvernance. · Suivre les indicateurs d'avancement. · Coordonner le plan de migration des reportings financiers. · Piloter les validations avant mise en production. · Produire le rapport de clôture du projet. Nous recherchons un Directeur de Projet senior afin de piloter la roadmap d'une plateforme de paiement regroupant plusieurs équipes Agile. Missions :Piloter la roadmap globale des développements monétiques et assurer sa consolidation sur l'ensemble des squads. Suivre l'avancement des projets, identifier les dépendances et anticiper les risques pouvant impacter les jalons de livraison. Construire et animer les plans de remédiation avec les équipes de développement, les Product Owners et les responsables techniques. Préparer les supports de pilotage (roadmap, risques, plans d'actions et indicateurs) à destination des comités de gouvernance. Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du management et des partenaires bancaires sur l'avancement des travaux. Faciliter la coordination entre les équipes métiers, les équipes techniques et les interlocuteurs externes. Challenger les priorités et proposer des arbitrages permettant de sécuriser les engagements de livraison. Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de pilotage dans un environnement Agile.
