Mission de l'équipe : L'équipe Due Diligence intervient à l'échelle internationale auprès d'institutions financières dans le cadre de la gestion des clés RMA. Sa mission principale est de réaliser les diligences nécessaires à l'onboarding et à la recertification de contreparties financières, conformément aux procédures KYC du Groupe. L'objectif est de contribuer à la maîtrise des risques de réputation, de blanchiment de capitaux et financement du terrorisme AML/CFT, ainsi que des risques de fraude. La mission implique une forte interaction avec les équipes RMA régionales, les Senior Bank Officers et la Compliance. Le consultant interviendra également comme référent Due Diligence sur les dossiers nécessitant une maîtrise du chinois. 1. Due Diligence et onboarding des institutions financières Le consultant sera responsable de la réalisation des Due Diligences sur les contreparties dans le cadre de l'ouverture de clés RMA. Les principales activités comprendront : · Identifier précisément les institutions financières concernées. · Collecter les documents nécessaires à l'identification des contreparties et des entités ou personnes associées. · Effectuer les recherches nécessaires via les outils internes, les outils spécialisés disponibles et les sources publiques. · Assurer le suivi de la réception des informations et documents nécessaires. · Garantir leur archivage conformément aux procédures opérationnelles. 2. Recertification et screening des contreparties Le consultant prendra également en charge les Due Diligences sur les contreparties disposant déjà d'une clé RMA dans le cadre du plan de recertification. Il devra notamment : · Réaliser les contrôles et investigations nécessaires à la recertification. · Effectuer le screening des contreparties ainsi que des entités et personnes associées. · Identifier et analyser les éventuelles sanctions, PEP et adverse media. · Analyser les résultats issus des différents outils de screening. · Escalader les situations nécessitant une analyse ou une décision complémentaire. 3. Analyse et formalisation des décisions Due Diligence À l'issue des investigations, le consultant devra compléter les dossiers de Due Diligence afin de présenter les éléments nécessaires à la Compliance et aux différentes parties prenantes. Il devra formuler une recommandation concernant l'acceptation de la contrepartie du point de vue Due Diligence. Cette analyse contribuera à déterminer si la clé RMA doit être : · Ouverte. · Maintenue. · Fermée. Une attention particulière sera portée aux dossiers nécessitant une maîtrise de la langue chinoise. 4. Contrôle opérationnel et amélioration continue Le consultant contribuera également au bon fonctionnement et à l'amélioration continue du dispositif. Il devra notamment : · Respecter les procédures de contrôle et de gestion des risques opérationnels. · Identifier et escalader les incidents ou problématiques lorsque nécessaire. · S'assurer du bon enregistrement des nouvelles demandes. · Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de Due Diligence. · Accompagner les campagnes liées aux clés RMA dormantes ou rejetées. · Participer ponctuellement aux autres projets de l'équipe.
