Azure Integration Specialist - Remote Working - IR35 Determination not completed yet Must have an Active SC Clearance You will work closely with architects, developers, cloud engineers, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver resilient integration services using Azure Integration Services and modern DevOps practices. The position is ideal for an experienced Azure Integration Specialist with strong Azure expertise, hands-on Logic Apps experience, and a passion for cloud modernisation. Azure Integration Specialist Responsibilities Design, build, and support Azure integration solutions using Azure PaaS services. Support migration and modernisation from Azure IaaS-hosted services to Azure PaaS. Develop secure integrations between business applications, cloud platforms, databases, and third-party systems. Configure and support Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Web Apps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and API connectors. Troubleshoot integration issues, failed message processing, and end-to-end integration flows. Support testing, validation, and defect resolution throughout migration activities. Implement secure integration using Managed Identities, Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and Azure Key Vault. Produce technical documentation including Low Level Designs (LLDs), interface specifications, operational procedures, and support documentation. Work closely with architects, testers, and cloud platform teams to deliver successful migration activities. Azure Integration Specialist Skills and Experience Active SC Clearance. Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience. Strong experience with Azure Logic Apps. This is essential. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID. Experience producing and interpreting Low Level Designs (LLDs). Experience supporting testing, validation, and end-to-end integration activities. Strong experience designing and delivering integration solutions within Microsoft Azure. Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Web Apps, and Azure SQL Database. Experience migrating solutions from Azure IaaS to Azure PaaS. Strong understanding of API-led integration, messaging, publish/subscribe, and event-driven architecture. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and secure application integration. Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code using ARM or Bicep. CI/CD experience is desirable but not essential. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Server Tooling and Orchestration Specialist - Remote - Outside IR35 Must have or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance The role combines hands-on SCORCH runbook development and troubleshooting with PowerShell automation and integrations across ServiceNow, SCOM, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This position is suited to an experienced SCORCH specialist who understands enterprise automation and is comfortable taking ownership of critical production services within an ITIL-aligned environment. Server Tooling and Orchestration Specialist Responsibilities Administer, support and maintain Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH) environments. Maintain the availability, health, performance and resilience of production and non-production SCORCH platforms. Design, maintain, test, deploy and optimise SCORCH runbooks. Develop and support PowerShell-based automation workflows for request fulfilment and operational automation. Diagnose failed automations, integration failures and workflow errors. Manage integrations between SCORCH, ServiceNow, SCOM, Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams. Support ServiceNow ITSM workflows, automated ticket creation, request fulfilment and REST API integrations. Support SCOM alert processing, event management and monitoring integrations. Plan and deliver patching, upgrades, releases, capacity management and platform lifecycle activities. Investigate incidents and problems affecting automation services and contribute to root cause analysis. Support service restoration and major incidents involving automation, monitoring or integration services. Produce and maintain operational documentation, runbook guidance, knowledge articles and support procedures. Deliver changes in line with ITIL processes, security controls, SLAs and agreed change windows. Proven experience supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining SCORCH runbooks and automation services. Experience designing, testing and deploying Orchestrator runbooks within enterprise environments. Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience. Desirable Experience of ServiceNow Integration experience Experience with Kelverion Integration Packs would be advantageous. Experience with SQL Always On Availability Groups, Hyper-V Replica or highly available SCORCH architectures would be beneficial. VMware PowerCLI, virtualisation, hybrid Data Centre or wider infrastructure automation experience would be advantageous. Experience supporting secure, regulated or highly governed environments would be beneficial. Flexibility to support out-of-hours activities where required.
