Vendor & Operational Support; Manage vendor relationships, product registrations, RMAs, and support escalations. Monitor market trends, product roadmaps, and supply chain risks. Support emergency replacements and major incident response involving PDU infrastructure. Required Qualifications: Experience; Experience managing intelligent PDU infrastructure in enterprise, data center, or colocation environments.
