Missions principalesConcevoir et développer des solutions de Machine Learning, NLP et Deep Learning. Développer des applications basées sur l'IA générative et l'IA agentique. Concevoir des architectures RAG et des systèmes multi-agents avec LangGraph. Intégrer et exploiter des modèles LLM, RLM et SLM. Mettre en œuvre des techniques NLP : embeddings, Transformers, BERT, NER et recherche sémantique. Développer des modèles de régression, classification, clustering, détection d'anomalies, recommandation et séries temporelles. Réaliser l'adaptation et l'optimisation des modèles via le transfer learning et le fine-tuning. Construire et interroger des bases vectorielles et des moteurs d'indexation tels qu'Elasticsearch et FAISS. Évaluer, superviser et améliorer les performances des solutions RAG et agentiques. Industrialiser les modèles et assurer leur suivi avec Dataiku et MLflow. Développer des prototypes et interfaces de démonstration avec Gradio ou Streamlit. Participer à la mise en place de solutions d'IA responsables, explicables et maîtrisant les risques de biais. Collaborer avec les équipes métiers afin de traduire leurs besoins en solutions Data et IA concrètes. Assurer une veille technologique et proposer des cas d'usage innovants.

Contexte : Vous rejoindrez une équipe R&D dédiée au développement de logiciels embarqués dans le domaine des systèmes de transport et des télécommunications. Au sein d'une équipe Agile pluridisciplinaire, vous participerez au développement de solutions embarquées complexes, en interaction étroite avec les équipes Hardware, Software et Test. Vous interviendrez sur des sujets mêlant développement bas niveau, Embedded Linux et réseaux, avec un fort enjeu autour de la fiabilité, de la performance et de la sécurité des systèmes.
