Business Analyst Must have an Active DV Clearance Business Analyst Responsibilities - Engage with MOD stakeholders, end-users and Product Owners to gather functional and non-functional requirements. - Translate complex operational requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised backlog items. - Manage and refine product backlogs to support Agile Scrum and SAFe delivery. - Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder discussions and alignment sessions. - Support SAFe PI Planning, identifying feature dependencies, enabler stories and business value. - Develop process maps, data models and requirements traceability documentation. - Analyse existing legacy processes and design improved future-state workflows. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented. - Identify gaps, dependencies and risks affecting business requirements and delivery. - Maintain accurate documentation using Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
