Contexte : Dans le cadre de ses activités dans le secteur assurantiel, notre client recherche un Administrateur Technico-Fonctionnel confirmé pour assurer l'administration, le support et l'évolution de sa solution PPM ProjectAdvantage (ex-Sciforma). Le consultant interviendra également sur l'accompagnement des utilisateurs, la qualité des données et les évolutions majeures de l'écosystème PPM. Missions principales : · Administrer techniquement la solution PPM ProjectAdvantage. · Assurer l'administration fonctionnelle : réorganisation, modification des référentiels, création et évolution des rapports. · Analyser les besoins d'évolution, proposer les solutions adaptées et les implémenter dans l'outil. · Privilégier l'utilisation des fonctionnalités natives de la solution dans les évolutions proposées. · Assurer le support de niveau 2 et contribuer au support de niveau 1. · Coordonner les échanges avec l'éditeur sur les anomalies, évolutions et montées de version. · Mettre à jour la documentation applicative : cahiers de paramétrage, tests et recettes. · Assurer la capitalisation des connaissances et des bonnes pratiques. · Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation de ProjectAdvantage : plannings, planification, suivi des charges, règles et consignes. · Organiser et assurer les formations utilisateurs et communiquer sur les évolutions de la solution. · Participer au contrôle de la qualité et de l'exhaustivité des données dans l'outil. · Assister le responsable du suivi d'activité sur les clôtures mensuelles et trimestrielles, la production de reporting et la communication. · Participer au projet d'évolution majeure de la solution PPM et de son écosystème. · Être force de proposition dans une démarche d'amélioration continue. Following an initial deployment in France, the project now focuses on rolling out the core model, complemented by local specificities, at an industrial site in Germany, near Frankfurt. The consultant will act as the site's CSV and SAP Validation Lead, working closely with the Deployment Project Manager, local business teams and the French project teams. The scope covers SAP MM, Procurement, SAP QM and Quality, SAP FI/CO, Supply Chain, as well as data migration from the existing ERP system to SAP S/4HANA. The assignment is expected to be approximately 80% focused on core model topics and 20% on addressing local requirements and specificities. AssignmentThe consultant will be responsible for securing the SAP S/4HANA deployment at the German site by ensuring that the system and processes comply with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, validating the deployed functionalities, ensuring the quality of data migration, and maintaining traceability between requirements, risks, processes and testing. The consultant will also contribute to addressing local operational requirements and preparing for the Go-Live scheduled for May 2027. On-site presence is essential to understand actual business practices, gather missing information and document existing processes. The project team includes a Deployment Project Manager, business representatives, Production, Finance, Quality and Quality Control, Supply Chain and Security teams, a PMO/Business Project Management team, an SAP integrator and local teams. The PMO/Business Project Management team and the SAP integrator have already started gathering requirements and presenting the target solution to the business teams. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and validate the site's SAP-specific requirements and processes prior to deployment. Update the core model risk assessment and build and maintain the requirements traceability matrix. Identify impacts on business processes and SAP functionalities. Develop test cases with the business teams, then coordinate test preparation, execution and follow-up. Contribute to the documentation of current and future-state processes. Ensure consistency between requirements, the SAP solution, risks and validation evidence. Gather, analyze and incorporate site-specific requirements where necessary, in collaboration with operational managers, team leaders and Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and Production teams. Support the migration of data from the existing ERP system to SAP S/4HANA, particularly reference data and master data. Monitor data cleansing and preparation activities and ensure data quality, completeness, consistency and successful migration into SAP.
