Gestion des accès, MFA et sécurisation des flux. Analyse et traitement des incidents de sécurité en collaboration avec les équipes SOC. Gestion des vulnérabilités, patch management et plans de remédiation. Hardening et amélioration continue du niveau de sécurité des infrastructures. 🛡️ Gouvernance & conformité Contribution aux démarches ISO 27001, TPN et SMSI. Participation aux audits internes, externes et clients. Mise en œuvre et amélioration des politiques et procédures de sécurité. 💻 Systèmes & Infrastructure Administration des environnements Windows Server et Linux. Administration et évolution des infrastructures VMware et Hyper-V. Supervision, sauvegarde et maintien en condition opérationnelle des infrastructures critiques. Automatisation et industrialisation des tâches d'administration. 💾 Stockage & infrastructures média Administration d'environnements de stockage haute performance. Expertise attendue sur Dell EMC PowerScale / Isilon, Avid Nexis, SAN et NAS. Gestion de la performance, réplication, disponibilité et sécurisation des données. Participation aux projets d'évolution des architectures de stockage à forte volumétrie. 🌐 Réseaux & Connectivité Administration des infrastructures LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi et interconnexions multi-sites. Administration du routage, switching, DNS, DHCP et firewalling. Supervision des équipements réseau et résolution des incidents. Conception et évolution des architectures réseau et Datacenter. Mise en place de la segmentation réseau et sécurisation des flux.

4th Line Cloud Support Engineer - VCF Must have an Active DV Clearance 4th Line Cloud Support Engineer - VCF Responsibilities Respond to escalations from 2nd Line support teams. Monitor systems using event management tooling and resolve incidents. Perform change activities in line with defined processes. Support lifecycle management of platforms to maintain vendor supportability. Carry out readiness assessments for new services entering production. Produce and maintain technical documentation and support materials. Provide technical leadership across support activities where required. 4th Line Cloud Support Engineer - VCF Skills and Experience VCF experience is essential. Strong experience across VMware stack including vCenter, ESXi and NSX. Experience supporting Horizon VDI environments. Strong knowledge of Windows environments including AD, DNS, SQL, and SCOM. Understanding of physical networking concepts. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to take ownership of technical issues and lead resolution. 4th Line Cloud Support Engineer - VCF Desirable Experience Experience with cloud administration such as vCloud Director. Exposure to event monitoring tools such as SCOM or Aria Operations. Automation and scripting using PowerShell. Server administration across Windows Server environments. Au sein d'un environnement critique, sécurisé et fortement réglementé, vous participerez à la conception et au déploiement des infrastructures Windows de nouvelle génération. Vos principales responsabilités seront : Concevoir et déployer des plateformes Windows Server. Installer, configurer et sécuriser les environnements Microsoft. Administrer et intégrer les services Active Directory. Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les stratégies de groupe (GPO). Développer et optimiser des scripts d'automatisation PowerShell. Intégrer les solutions de supervision, sauvegarde et sécurité. Participer aux projets d'amélioration et de standardisation des infrastructures. Rédiger la documentation technique. Assurer le transfert de compétences vers les équipes d'exploitation.
