Data Protection Solution Architect - Remote Working Must have an Active SC Clearance - The Data Protection Solution Architect will support high-profile customer workloads while ensuring Data Protection solutions remain secure, resilient and aligned with operational requirements. Data Protection Solution Architect Responsibilities - Provide Data Protection Solution Architecture expertise across project and operational activities. - Support Data Centre Exit activities and associated infrastructure transformation. - Design Data Protection solutions that meet customer, technical and operational requirements. - Provide architectural direction for the migration and transition of Data Protection services. - Work across Service Operations, Managed Services, Applications, Cloud, Networks and Security teams. - Support the transition and migration of business-critical customer workloads. - Ensure Data Protection requirements are incorporated into wider infrastructure and solution designs. - Work with technical teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery. - Maintain service quality, resilience and operational support throughout transformation activities. - Provide architectural guidance for current and future Data Protection requirements. Data Protection Solution Architect Skills and Experience - Strong Data Protection Solution Architecture experience. - Experience designing Data Protection solutions within complex enterprise infrastructure environments. - Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure transformation or Data Centre Exit programmes. - Strong understanding of enterprise Data Protection technologies, architecture and infrastructure. - Experience supporting Data Protection migration and transformation activities. - Strong understanding of Service Operations and operational support environments. - Experience working across Managed Services, Applications, Multi-Cloud, Networks and Security environments. - Experience supporting business-critical or high-profile customer workloads. - Strong understanding of operational resilience, availability and service continuity. - Experience working within complex, highly governed enterprise environments. - Strong technical stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience working within Government or Public Sector environments would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Understand the Clients business and processes to provide inputs for improved use of technology, including Salesforce. Propose system design/enhancements based on business needs and NetSuite expertise Review current implementation and propose improvements to enable us to optimise value from NetSuite's native functionality. Implement agreed changes Work on NetSuite configurations and custom development to deliver optimal solutions to support and continued growth while advising the business on risks around customisations or alterations to the platform Undertake analysis of user and business requirements, with particular regard to their impact on existing NetSuite system and environments, and produce an appropriate system design. Complete technical analysis, design, configuration, scripting, and implementation of NetSuite customizations and functionality, Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards Develop, test and deploy customized fields, forms, scripts, workflows, custom records, and user roles to meet business requirements Support existing custom scripts and solutions Conduct the overall analysis, testing, and deployment for ongoing NetSuite upgrades Manage incidents for NetSuite application and coordinate with external vendors and key internal teams Coordinate with NetSuite support on issues that cannot be resolved internally Develop, launch, and manage in-depth KPIs, dashboards, and reports for NetSuite functions at both management and individual level.
