Contexte Au sein de l'équipe CRM, vous jouez un rôle central d'interface entre les métiers (Sales, Service, Customer Success…) et les équipes techniques Salesforce. Vous avez une approche résolument fonctionnelle, orientée processus, expérience utilisateur et performance business, tout en étant capable de comprendre les contraintes techniques pour cadrer efficacement les solutions. - Missions principales 1. Recueil & analyse des besoins métiers Animer des workshops avec les équipes métiers Comprendre les enjeux opérationnels (vente, support client, relation client) Formaliser les besoins sous forme de : User stories Spécifications fonctionnelles Parcours utilisateurs (user journeys) Challenger les demandes pour proposer des solutions adaptées et standard Salesforce 2. Conception fonctionnelle Salesforce Traduire les besoins métier en solutions fonctionnelles dans Salesforce Définir : Les processus (cycle de vente, gestion des cas, SLA…) Les règles de gestion Les écrans et parcours utilisateurs Veiller à l'alignement avec les bonnes pratiques Salesforce (limiter le spécifique) Collaborer avec les équipes techniques sans intervenir directement en développement 3. Coordination & delivery Travailler en lien avec : Développeurs / intégrateurs Salesforce Architectes Product Owner / Product Manager Participer aux cérémonies agiles (refinement, sprint planning…) Préparer et exécuter les phases de recette (tests fonctionnels, UAT) Garantir la conformité des livrables avec les besoins métiers 4. Expertise fonctionnelle CRM Sales Cloud : Pipeline commercial Gestion des opportunités Forecast & performance commerciale Service Cloud : Gestion des cas clients Support omnichannel SLA & qualité de service Optimisation des processus métier et de l'efficacité opérationnelle 5. Culture produit Contribuer à la vision et à l'évolution du CRM Participer à la priorisation du backlog en fonction de la valeur business 6. Gouvernance de la donnée (approche fonctionnelle) Définir les règles de gestion des données (création, mise à jour, qualité) Identifier les KPIs clés avec les métiers Contribuer à la structuration des reportings (sans construire techniquement) Sensibiliser les utilisateurs à la qualité des données

Job Title: Technical Lead Location: Liverpool City Centre HQ / Hybrid (3 days in office) Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday We're looking for a Tech Lead to guide a talented, cross-functional squad as they design, build and deliver products that make a real difference for our customers. You'll lead a team made up of backend and frontend developers, QA and automation testers, designers, product managers and business analysts. Together, you'll create and evolve high-quality software using modern engineering practices and a microservice architecture built on Azure. As Tech Lead, you'll be hands-on with the code while supporting others to grow. You'll set technical direction, drive standards and help shape how your squad works, with real autonomy and trust. Dans le cadre d'un programme de transformation SAP, nous recherchons un Consultant SAP SD CS Senior disposant d'une forte expertise fonctionnelle sur les processus Sales & Distribution et Customer Service, ainsi que d'une expérience significative d'intégration avec SAP PM. L'environnement actuel repose sur SAP ECC, avec une trajectoire de migration vers SAP S/4HANA prévue en juin 2027. Le consultant interviendra sur les activités de conception, de configuration et d'intégration autour des processus de vente, de service, de réparation et de maintenance. Les principales missions seront : Participer activement aux phases de design et de build SAP SD / CS. Animer des ateliers de conception avec les équipes métier et techniques. Prendre en charge le paramétrage SAP des solutions définies. Travailler sur les processus SAP CS liés au Customer Service, à la maintenance et aux flux de réparation. Intervenir sur les processus SAP SD : ventes, livraisons, pricing, facturation et flux intercompany. Gérer les problématiques de consommation et de gestion des pièces et matériels non sérialisés. Assurer l'intégration entre SAP SD/CS et SAP PM, notamment autour des ordres de maintenance/service et des objets techniques. Travailler sur des processus fortement intégrés avec les activités de maintenance et les opérations terrain / shop floor. Participer à la préparation de la future transition d'ECC vers S/4HANA. Garantir le respect des standards projet, de la gouvernance et la mise à jour régulière de la documentation.
