ContexteAu sein de l'entité support de production (Application Production Support) du métier Banking d'une grande banque internationale, l'équipe GSD CIB (8 personnes) prend en charge différentes activités clés sur les chaînes de paiement/reporting et le Core Banking. MissionsLa mission couvre les différentes activités suivantes : Monitoring : à l'aide des différents outils de monitoring, détecter et gérer les anomalies. Incident Management : gestion des incidents de production remontés par les utilisateurs en liaison avec les différentes équipes de support technique. Gestion des incidents complexes avec tous les interlocuteurs : équipes techniques CIB, équipes techniques hors CIB, Operations, interlocuteurs sites, Business... IT Quality / Problem management : application des process de problem management : daily reporting, root cause analysis, post incident report, actions follow-up and reporting. Cette mission permet et nécessite une montée en compétence rapide sur : les différentes typologies de paiements (SEPA, International, Domestic, Instant, ...) les cartographies associées le monitoring fonctionnel en place sur les chaînes de paiement l'organisation interne de la banque et les différents interlocuteurs

La connaissance et la pratique de ServiceNOW et la connaissance des processus ITIL (Incident, Changement, Problèmes sont obligatoires) sont deux critères mandatory. Utilisation d'outil et solution interne couplées à ServiceNOW permettant d'assurer un suivi digitalisé des incidents critiques et sensibles. Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure including compute, networking, storage, databases, monitoring, load balancing, high availability, disaster recovery, IAM, Zero Trust, and security technologies. Data Engineer with C# Dot Net asp.net with SQL Server SSRS and Power BI Our Client is a bank based in City London who are looking to recruit at least 7 years plus experience as a Data Engineer with the ability to work with C# Dot net and SQL Server with SSRS. You must have solid expertise of at least 7 to 10 years experience of working with and developing software with C# Dot Net and MS SQL Server and SSRS – SSRS is very important for this position. Additionally, you must have sound experience of working with Power BI and Python. Must be an excellent problem solver and adept writing documentation for all projects. You ideally have worked on banking systems particularly Core Banking. Responsible for the development and delivery of new systems to automate and streamline processes required by different departments.
