Contexte / Environnement Au sein du SI Interne, vous intervenez dans une équipe de production en charge de l'industrialisation, de l'exploitation et de la supervision des applications métiers. Le poste combine des activités projets (build) et des activités de RUN (MCO / support N2/N3) dans un environnement technique riche et exigeant. Missions principales Activités projets (BUILD) Participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre des chaînes d'industrialisation et de déploiement applicatif. Intégrer de nouvelles applications dans le SI Interne, du cadrage technique jusqu'à la mise en production. Mettre en place et configurer les outillages de déploiement (XLDeploy) et d'ordonnancement (VTOM, Control-M). Contribuer à la définition des standards d'exploitation, des procédures et de la documentation associée. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, d'architecture et de sécurité pour garantir la bonne exploitabilité des solutions. Activités RUN / MCO Assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien des applications et des infrastructures associées (Windows Server, Linux, Openshift). Gérer les incidents de production (diagnostic, résolution, coordination des acteurs), avec une prise en charge de niveau 2/3. Assurer le suivi de la performance, de la disponibilité et de la capacité des plateformes, en s'appuyant sur les outils de supervision (Zabbix). Mettre en œuvre les plans d'actions de fiabilisation et d'optimisation (tuning, automatisation, industrialisation). Participer à l'astreinte et aux interventions planifiées en dehors des heures ouvrées (mises en production, opérations techniques). Environnement technique Le collaborateur sera amené à intervenir sur les technologies suivantes : Systèmes : Windows Server, Linux Base de données : Mysql / SQLserver / Oracle Containers / Cloud interne : Openshift. Déploiement / Industrialisation : XLD/XLR/Jenkins/Bitbucket (ou outillage similaire de déploiement continu). Supervision / Monitoring : Zabbix. Ordonnancement : VTOM, Control-M.

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Site Based) Location: India Queens Substation, St Austell, Cornwall Contract Type: Contract (Inside IR35) Rate: Up to £600 per day Start Date: ASAP Hours: 45 hours per week (Site Based) The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial leadership on a major substation project at India Queens, Cornwall. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will take ownership of all commercial activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring robust cost control, contract compliance, change management, and financial reporting. This is a site-based position requiring a commercially focused professional with a strong background in power, utilities, transmission, distribution, substations, or major infrastructure projects. Key ResponsibilitiesLead all commercial and quantity surveying activities on-site. Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, valuations, and cashflow. Administer contracts and manage compensation events, variations, and change control. Prepare and negotiate subcontract packages and manage subcontractor accounts. Produce accurate cost/value reconciliation reports and financial forecasts. Monitor commercial performance and identify project risks and opportunities. Support the delivery team with contractual and commercial advice. Manage applications for payment, assessments, and final accounts. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and internal governance procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders. RequirementsProven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within power, utilities, energy, civil engineering, or major infrastructure projects. Previous experience working on substations, transmission, distribution, or National Grid projects. Strong understanding and practical application of NEC contracts. Experience managing subcontractor accounts, change control, and final accounts. Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate independently in a site-based commercial lead role. Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent commercial background. Desirable ExperienceNational Grid project experience. High Voltage (HV) substation experience (132kV-400kV). Major infrastructure, energy transition, or power sector projects. Role Overview We are seeking experienced Project Managers and Technical Business Analysts with a strong background in telecommunications and demonstrable experience working within telecoms security, regulatory compliance and the Telecommunications (Security) Act environment. Responsibilities may include: Leading or supporting complex technology, telecoms and security projects from initiation through to delivery.
