They are currently looking to recruit an Oracle with PL/SQL and Oracle Forms Developer with at least 2 to 5 years commercial experience of writing applications developing Oracle Forms applications. You will ideally have experience of working on and developing pensions and or wealth management systems. The Client will be moving from Oracle 10 to Oracle 11g very shortly so this could be great move to learn the latest technology. The main function of the position is to develop in Oracle coupled with the following: Create and agree work specifications for assigned tasks before commencing any changes/development Assist with providing quotes for new development and amendments Development of software using Oracle tools or other technologies used by the company Carrying out necessary application/database modifications as per agreed specifications Liaising with clients to address issues/problems at the earliest opportunity (email, phone, web-tools) Fixing of technical bugs/issues and patch release control Adhering to standards and expectations of the company as regards programming, recording, controlling and securing developments Ensuring technical specifications/requirements are met within agreed deadlines Carrying out adequate unit & link testing before releases are made Prepare release documentation for all new developments to the agreed format Any experience of developing software for the financial services arena would be a bonus. Missions principales 1. Suivi du service, des indicateurs et des volumes de production • Définition et garantie de la conformité aux accords de niveau de service (SLA). • Établissement des KPI pour la mesure de la performance du service. • Suivi des performances via des tableaux de bord et mise en œuvre d'actions correctives si nécessaire. • Production de reportings réguliers et fiables. • Analyse des volumes et des écarts par rapport aux indicateurs définis. Gestion et qualité des données • Garantie de la qualité, de l'accessibilité et de la fiabilité des données dans le périmètre de l'Operation Control Tower et pour la Group Control Tower au sein de la production ITG. • Exploitation des données pour l'investigation et l'opérationnel, en respectant le principe « need to know ». 4. Suivi des incidents escaladés au Niveau 2 de support global • Suivi des services fournis par le L2 global et respect des SLA. • Identification et surveillance des seuils d'alerte des flux L1 → L2, mesure de l'impact sur le backlog et la qualité des bases de connaissance. • Contribution à l'élaboration de plans d'action pour l'amélioration de la qualité des escalades L1 et des outils de monitoring. • Interaction avec les niveaux L3 et les Product Owners pour la résolution des anomalies impactant les processus incidents/demandes. 5.
