Nous recherchons un Expert Stockage & Sauvegarde pour accompagner nos équipes sur les infrastructures de stockage bloc et les stratégies de protection des données. Vous interviendrez sur la conception et l'évolution des architectures de stockage, participerez aux choix technologiques structurants et réaliserez des études de dimensionnement adaptées aux besoins métier. Vous construirez les architectures cibles et accompagnerez la transition vers des architectures de stockage objet (S3), en lien avec les enjeux de scalabilité et de coût. Une dimension avant-vente est associée au poste : vous serez amené à accompagner les équipes commerciales sur des sujets techniques stockage et sauvegarde, en apportant votre expertise lors d'échanges clients ou de phases de qualification de besoin. Le poste demande une forte culture infrastructure, une bonne connaissance des enjeux de protection des données (PRA/PCA) et un réel intérêt pour les évolutions technologiques du stockage.

2nd Line WINTEL Engineer Must have an Active DV Clearance 2nd Line WINTEL Engineer Responsibilities - Provide 2nd Line technical support across Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022 environments. - Build, configure and maintain Windows Servers hosted on VMware clusters. - Create and maintain automated server builds, gold images, build documentation and work instructions. - Install, configure and rack physical servers within data centres. - Perform Windows Server patching, upgrades and ongoing maintenance. - Support Active Directory, DNS and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS). - Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tooling. - Support backup infrastructure, including NetApp SAN and Cohesity. - Monitor infrastructure performance and produce capacity management reports. - Maintain compliance with Change, Release, Configuration and Security Management processes. - Support infrastructure testing, troubleshooting and project delivery activities. - Manage service desk tickets within agreed SLAs and KPIs. - Identify and escalate technical risks, issues and delivery dependencies. - Attend engineering meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders. 2nd Line WINTEL Engineer Skills and Experience - Proven experience in a 2nd Line WINTEL or Windows Server infrastructure support role. - Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022. - Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS and WSUS. - Experience supporting VMware virtualisation environments. - Knowledge of Windows Server builds, gold images, patching and upgrades. - Experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). - Knowledge of backup technologies, particularly NetApp SAN and Cohesity. - Scripting and automation experience, ideally using PowerShell. - Experience supporting physical and virtual server infrastructure. - Strong troubleshooting, incident management and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of ITIL processes, including Change, Release and Configuration Management. - Experience working with ITSM tools and delivering against SLAs and KPIs. - Strong communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills. - Experience supporting secure infrastructure or Defence environments would be advantageous. 2nd Line WINTEL Engineer - Your role will involve reviewing Customer Windows related work requests with quick turn-around responses for more complete and detailed requirements. - Using automation, build images, build documents, work instructions, build and configure Windows Servers (the majority being virtual and hosted on VMware clusters). - Builds and racking of physical serves with Customer DC and computer rooms. - Update and maintain existing gold build images. - Patching and upgrades of windows servers. - Capacity Management Reporting & attending Bi-Weekly Engineering meetings providing progress updates on outstanding tickets. - Ensure server builds adhere to Customer standards for all areas of work undertaken, attend Customer sites when required to ensure deliverables are completed within target SLA's and KPI's (i.e. document reviews / system installation). - Raise immediately any risks, issues that may impact (a) costs or (b) delivery to timescales or (c) overall solution deployments. -Assist in testing activities. - You will be working from assigned service desk tickets to Investigate, assess and resolve customer and system issues in timescales laid down in SLA's in accordance with defined procedures and adhere to all IS Policy documents, including Change & Release, Configuration, and Security etc… -Maintain the security of the network services in accordance with the Establishment's Security Operating Orders and current process documentation.
