Salesforce CRM SFDC Senior Consultant Our Client is looking to recruit a Salesforce CRM SFDC development and support Senior Consultant with at least 5 to 8 years experience of SFDC projects. You must have Salesforce SFDC Certification with PD1 or similar). Should have good design and debug skills. Must be able to design, code, unit test, performance test, debug, implement and support Salesforce.com applications and integrations. Able to analyze and fix support tickets. Follow best practices and perform configuration/code reviews. The Client is based in the UK and this role can be remote. The rate will depend upon experience. You will be part of a Software Development team (Java, Javascript, Python, and Typescript developers) Enhance overall functional performance across mission‑critical applications. Develop, maintain, and optimize robust automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, end‑to‑end). Ensure the highest level of product quality through proactive testing and continuous improvement. Apply strong Java software development expertise to build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (DevOps, Product, Architecture) to deliver high‑value features. Identify defects early in the development cycle and drive root‑cause analysis with relevant teams. Implement best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and technical documentation. Participate in code reviews, propose architectural improvements, and support continuous delivery processes. Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD pipelines to reinforce testing automation and deployment reliability. Monitor application behavior and performance, suggesting improvements to enhance user experience.
