Pour le compte de notre client, acteur majeur du secteur de l'assurance en France, nous recherchons un Pilote d'Activité Support & Proximité IT H/F. Vous intervenez dans un environnement multi-sites, dans le cadre du déploiement progressif des activités de support et de proximité sur environ 8 sites en France (Lyon, Marseille, Lille, Nantes, Bordeaux…). Votre rôle est d'assurer le pilotage opérationnel et la coordination des activités de proximité, en lien avec les équipes techniques, l'infogérance, le management et les interlocuteurs métiers. Des déplacements réguliers en France sont à prévoir. Vos missions Piloter et coordonner les activités de support et de proximité sur les différents sites. Planifier et prioriser les interventions en fonction des incidents, demandes et projets. Assurer le suivi des SLA, des incidents, demandes et backlogs. Accompagner les techniciens dans le traitement des sollicitations et apporter un appui opérationnel. Participer aux échanges avec les interlocuteurs métiers et assurer le suivi des actions. Participer à la coordination de projets et d'actions transverses liés à la proximité IT. Suivre les activités récurrentes sur les différents sites. Produire les reportings et indicateurs d'activité à destination du management. Être force de proposition sur l'amélioration des processus et procédures. Veiller à la bonne qualité de service et au respect des bonnes pratiques ITIL. Required: Wintel & VDI engineer Location: Full time onsite in Corsham Duration: 3 months initial IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Required : * design, deploy, and maintain Windows-based server infrastructure, including Active Directory. * Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Management: Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of VDI solutions, such as VMware Horizon or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, to provide efficient and secure desktop virtualization for end-users. * Hands-on experience with VDI solutions such as VMware Horizon, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, or Microsoft Remote Desktop Services. * Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V). * Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and task automation. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
