Vorstone recherche un Chef de projet technique Infrastructure systèmes et réseaux Terrain - ouverture et Déploiement Multi-sites pour un client basé en Région Sud-Ouest Périmètre : Région Sud Ouest / Bordeaux (~200 points de vente CHR) Rattachement : Responsable IT / Direction des Opérations IT Mobilité : Forte – déplacements fréquents Contexte Dans un environnement multi-sites à forte exigence opérationnelle, la Direction IT déploie un dispositif de support de proximité sur le terrain visant à garantir la disponibilité, la conformité et la performance des systèmes IT en point de vente. Le poste s'inscrit dans une logique de responsabilisation régionale avec forte autonomie. Finalité du poste Piloter la performance IT opérationnelle d'un parc d'environ 200 point de vente, en assurant : · Des audits de contrôle réguliers, · Des interventions ciblées sur sollicitation, · Un appui IT de proximité pour les équipes au siège. Objectif réel : réduire les incidents, fiabiliser les installations, sécuriser l'exploitation et garantir la conformité IT des sites. Périmètre & responsabilité Parc d'environ 200 points de vente CHR Responsabilité directe sur : · La qualité des environnements IT terrain · La détection des anomalies et dérives · La remontée structurée des problématiques Le poste implique une gestion autonome des priorités et des déplacements. Missions principales 1)Piloter l'ouverture de nombreux sites CHR Gestion des prestataires monétique, des equipements, cablage, switch Gestion du planning Interface avec les franchisé et la direction régionale 2)Audit terrain (cœur du poste) 3) Réaliser des audits visuels et fonctionnels des installations IT : État des équipements Conformité aux standards Qualité du réseau et des usages 4) Effectuer des tests techniques sur site (niveau intermédiaire) : Connectivité réseau Performance des équipements Vérification des flux applicatifs Identifier les causes de dysfonctionnements (techniques ou opérationnelles) 5) Produire un compte rendu structuré après chaque visite via l'outil dédié : Constats Analyses Plans d'actions préconisés Démarrage : asap, Durée : 6 mois renouvelables, Frais pris en charge par le client : Hébergement & déplacement au siège (Paris). 100 € HT / Jour supplémentaires pour les Frais de déplacement vers les sites à ouvrir.

Senior Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst The Senior Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst is a hands-on role planning and managing Azure cloud infrastructure delivery, including daily management, DevOps, capacity planning, and participating in defining the company's global infrastructure architecture. The Senior Analyst will ensure the quality and timely delivery of technology efforts in support of strategic infrastructure projects and works closely with other teams to define infrastructure requirements to support applications, security, and compliance initiatives. The Senior Azure Cloud Infrastructure Analyst works with different teams to design and implement cloud solutions that fit organizational requirements. This individual is an expert in Azure DevOps and Azure infrastructure and security configurations, recommends standards and security requirements that match written information security policy. Prior experience in an international enterprise environment is essential. Responsibilities: Collaborate with IT teams for input and operational requirements to design and implement overall cloud infrastructure and security strategy. Coordinate and lead infrastructure\security initiatives in the Azure cloud. Serve as the technical lead in Azure cloud DR and recovery strategies that align with information security policies. Develops and implements backup and recovery strategies to support data retention requirements. Evaluates and designs highly available, scalable, and redundant applications in the Azure cloud. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to support development, code promotion, continuous improvement following DevOps / DevSecOps best practices. Participate in the development and testing of an incident response planfor incidents that affect the cloud infrastructure. Ensure infrastructure is maintained and security is designed for every deployment. Manages projects to ensure that the delivery is on-time, within budget, and adopted to meet the company's information protection requirements. Actively supports the organization's cloud initiatives and responds to business requirements while achieving SLAs in place to support the organization's needs. Adhere to applicable change management policy and procedure. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Candidates must possess significant analytical skills, which evolved from early academic training in Networking, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a variety of infrastructure technologies. Ability to lead multi-disciplined teams when conducting incident root cause analysis Serve as the technical expert in the Azure cloud. Proficient in continuous integration, continuous delivery concepts (DevOps), with DevSecOps highly desirable. Desired Qualifications: Any Azure, AWS, GCP, Nutanix, Meraki, Cisco, or security certifications Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Visio Knowledge of WAN technologies, including MPLS, SD-WAN Knowledge of cloud-provided infrastructure (AWS, GCP) Prior experience implementing/maintaining Cisco ELA products including DNA, Firepower, ISE Management console, Umbrella, AMP, Stealth watch, as well as Splunk, SolarWinds, Varonis, and Darktrace Project management skills are highly desirable Proficiency in hybrid cloud, virtualization, Server OS, SAN, SMTP, email relay, email security, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Working knowledge of Cisco network switches, routers, firewalls and VPN, DLP, antivirus, IDS/IPS, SIEM, SQL VDI, and Security concepts ITIL Foundation Certification Previous experience in a HIPAA/FDA regulated environment The role will be based in Trumbull CT USA. Desktop Support Analyst – Bank in the City London Our Client is an International Bank with its European Head Office based int eh City London. They are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst with at least 5 to 8 years proven expertise within Desktop Support. The Support team operate a rota to cover the core hours from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. You will be working as a part of the Service Support Team and as such providing Desktop Support to around 130 users across several countries in Europe with the bulk in the City London. This position will require you to have experience in hardware builds for both PC's and Servers along with software installations and upgrades. It will also include login permissions along with training users in the use of software. The focus of the role will be to take control of all issues and problems raised by users and ensure that they are clearly documented and followed up with the appropriate action to resolve them within the Support Team. The Client uses Cisco and Microsoft platforms so you need to have experience of both Cisco and Microsoft software.
