Design, build, and deploy Power Apps Canvas applications for the Operator Portal, covering dashboard, letter management, and audit trail screens. Implement Power Automate flows to enable dual-approval workflows, configure SQL and Dataverse connectors for secure data access, and ensure responsive interfaces with RBAC integration. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, optimize performance, and align delivery with organizational standards. Your responsibilities: * Build Canvas Apps with responsive layouts (containers, breakpoints, adaptive controls). * Develop Operator Portal modules: * Dashboard (KPIs, filters, drill-downs) * Letter management (create, edit, versioning, status) * Audit trail (change history, user actions, timestamping) * Implement Power Automate flows for dual-approval (parallel/serial approvals, escalation, notifications). * Configure and secure SQL/Dataverse connectors (connection references, environment variables). * Enforce RBAC using Dataverse security roles, Azure AD groups, or SharePoint permissions where applicable. * Validate data and business rules via Power Fx and Automate flow conditions. * Optimize app performance (delegation, caching, efficient queries, component reuse). * Create documentation: solution architecture, data model, flow diagrams, and admin runbooks. * Adhere to ALM practices with Power Platform solutions, environments, and DevOps pipelines. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams; participate in demos, UAT, and production release. Key Skills & Experience: * Power Apps (Canvas Apps): Responsive design, components, Power Fx, forms & galleries, theming. * Power Automate: Approval flows, error handling, retries, pagination, monitoring. * Data & Connectors: SQL Connector, Dataverse, connection references, environment variables. * Security & Access: RBAC, Dataverse security roles, Azure AD groups, field-level/security roles. * UI/UX: Wireframing, accessibility, usability heuristics, consistent navigation and app patterns. * DevOps/ALM: Solution packaging, environment strategy, Git, Azure DevOps pipelines. * Quality: Unit testing with test harness components, flow testing, performance tuning, logging. * Hands-on Power Platform Developer with proven experience building Power Apps Canvas applications and Power Automate workflows for business-critical portals. Skilled in designing responsive UI/UX, implementing RBAC (role-based access control), configuring SQL/Dataverse connectors, and delivering features such as dashboards, letter management, and audit trails. Adept at translating business processes into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions with strong focus on governance and best practices. Essential skills/knowledge/experience: * Must‑Have Project Experience: * Delivered at least 2 production-grade Canvas Apps with SQL/Dataverse backends. * Implemented approval workflows using Power Automate (multi-step, audit-friendly). * Applied RBAC and environment governance (security roles, solution-aware components). * Bonus / Nice-to-Have: * Model-driven apps, Power Pages, and PCF controls. * Custom connectors, Graph API integration, and Azure Functions back-end services. * Dataverse data modeling, business rules, and plug-in basics. * Experience with ALM via Azure DevOps (build/release pipelines for solutions). * Knowledge of CoE Starter Kit, DLP policies, and tenant governance. You will lead the architecture, design, governance, and end‑to‑end delivery of scalable enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform. This role demands deep technical leadership, strong architectural decision-making, hands-on prototyping capabilities, and the ability to influence platform strategy, standards, and adoption across the enterprise. Your responsibilities: * Architecture & Solution Design o Define end-to-end architecture for Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Automate flows, Dataverse, and integrations). o Design enterprise-grade Dataverse schemas, relationships, business rules, and governance structures. o Develop solution blueprints, logical/physical architecture diagrams, ERDs, and integration maps. o Evaluate functional requirements and translate them into secure, scalable, and performant platform architectures. * Governance, Security & Compliance o Establish governance frameworks: ALM strategy, environments, DLP policies, CoE alignment, RBAC, and Azure AD access models. o Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data classification, and audit requirements. o Define standards for connectors, environment variables, connectors security, and API usage. * Technical Leadership o Guide development teams on Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Automate workflows, Dataverse, and Power Pages. o Review solution designs, troubleshoot complex architectural issues, and ensure best practices. o Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, telemetry, monitoring, and optimization efforts. * Integration & Enterprise Connectivity o Architect integrations using: Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management, Custom Connectors, Graph API, on‑prem data gateways. o Design secure integration patterns (OAuth, managed identities, service principals). * Delivery & Stakeholder Partnership o Lead technical workshops, architecture boards, and solution demo forums. o Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure alignment. o Oversee UAT, production cutovers, release management, and lifecycle governance.
