A travers la réalisation d'un Visa Data en phase de design/conception, évaluer l'impact qu'une nouvelle fonctionnalité ou une évolution aura sur les données et règles déjà en place dans les bases, les reporting, les applications, l'usage, etc. b. Le Visa Data est à construire en lien avec l'Epic Owner (ou chef de projet), l'urbaniste/architecte et le Data Owner du ou des domaines concernés.
